When I referred to you as an army of "children" I was speaking in the RP sense that some of your top ranked soldiers include a 15 year old human, and two 22 year old elves [which 1 goes against the elven lore and 2 is like an infant in elven years] Also when we were attacking the nical [with more than enough justified rp reason] you would always run to a GM to complain and every time you were shot down.

Age has vey little to due with intelegence and maturity. To run a guild you must have an ideology that coincides with that of the guild and the people with in. You can not rule a guild with an iron fist, you can only start it this way. There is a reason tyranny failed in history.

I feel it Unrelevant to challenge this man upon the ground for which he stands based simply upon his age. With that said the flame wars must stop, you have been warned twice by the admins and it would be an adviced action to obey their authority and influence.
