I have only one complaint with this. Why is the name in Latin? Latin does not exist in Aegis!

Latin doesn't exist in Aegis? No offence ment but that is preposterous.

Latin is the root of english and most other languages. If I am not mistaken this server uses English as its main language witch is infact derived from latin. So where latin may not exist in its base form, it does exist in its sub form of english. In my clan, although 99% unique. most of our words are based off of latin roots.

The use of English in most fantasy RP settings requires suspension of disbelief. Importing every language English has stolen words from into your RP setting requires significantly more suspension of disbelief. So much more, in fact, that I doubt it can be done realistically.

Your thinking of words such as fun etc, wich are stolen and reinterpretted from forms of native American tribes. Most of which are now forgotten toungue that I assure none of you know. To attempt to bring that into the conversation upon those grounds, your arguments are irrelevant. Those are words, not roots. Word that no longer hold their original meaning. Argue as you will, Latin is the founding father of proper English.

I would want to -1 by providing some criticism. Obviously, you don't have -1 signatures, so its just the criticism.

You are starting a town from the White Ravens? Why is the White Ravens base near Ravenhold empty 24/7? What is required to start a town is not a guild, it is a population. I really hope that the approvals team for town charters deny towns that are based on a guild. It takes away from the collaborative nature of Aegis by turning everything into guild wars. That's not what LotC is about. If everyone hides in their guild mini-towns then there's no fun. That's why Al'Khazar was always so good, because everyone ended up there and that meant there's always some action going on. Towns are not meant for guilds.

Did you read the whole thread? If you did you would know that It is only funded by the ravens and is not to serve as the guilds keep but to act as a place for guilds to collaborate more often, and for a city run by all races and not kingdom nobles. The towns design and architecture stomps that of all current towns in aegis and will be same size if not larger.

The raven hold is currently empty due to fact many of the members are offline for finals and new map. Besides the wardens, we are the oldest and one of largest guilds on server. I have 20 active members that post on the guild thread very often. Total members range to about 50 people who are waiting for the new map. We are simply funding the construction and to act as guides.
