Deleted User 009 0 Share Posted December 2, 2011 Hey Aegis, Today I'm brining you a cool new donation perk; it can be found in our donation center @ http://lotc-store.com at the very bottom. Basically this perk will convert your current total level into skill credits. So if I have a total level of 115, but decide I want to change how I've distributed my points thus far without the hassle of having to delevel them, I can just donate $20 for this simple perk and get 115 skill credits! Example Scenario: Player A has a 175 total level. Player A has 99 cooking, but found it was a huge waste of his skill credits to invest in them, so he decides to get a skill level redistribution perk. Player A then donates $20, and his skills are immediatly all set to 0, and his account is credited with skill credits equal to his old total level (175). Now Player A can redistribute his already earned levels into any stat he wants! --------------------------------------------- EDIT: Hey Aegis, Another new perk for all current and future donors. Anyone with an iron package or above will no longer be bothered by and ads while browsing our website and forums! Just another thank you from us to you for contributing to the server’s survival! AutomatonX 5 Share Posted December 2, 2011 I like how this skill redistribution saves many people a lot of time from fixing up their stats. However, I still think that the max level for skill distribution should be nerfed a little. Before it was 50/75/90/100 (normal/gold/diamond/bedrock), but now that 30 is normal, the others should also nerf down to something like 50/60/75. There is nothing wrong with the /addlevel and the redistribution function, as donators deserve to avoid unnecessary amounts of grinding. However, I just find it highly annoying to see a person instantly at lvl.100 in a skill (now available for $20) while the rest of us struggle even to reach lvl.60. Despite the QQ up top, I respect any decision (or lack thereof) that admins make regarding the max level of skill distribution. No matter how you guys take it from here, I will always be fascinated and appreciative of all the efforts you guys put into Lord of the Craft.
