Being very tight on Minas, i have been unable to find any sort of house to live in. I have a simple question. Is there a way we could create more, cheaper, houses for newer, poorer elves such as i? If not, could we put it at least on the things to do list?

We, as in the council, are working on setting up a refugee camp as well as several inns to provide more affordable housing.

How expensive are the houses in Fionn going to be?

I am currently in the process of converting the community house in sister city into a series of cheep living spaces for refugees and new players to Aegis, when It is finished there will be an announcement, including prices.

Indeed, I too share a similar problem. Today, I had freshly bought my first stone axe, pickaxe, and sword, and began my journey, only to be slaughtered unmercifully by a horde of zombies and skeletons. I have no minas and no items now T_T I was searching to buy a house previously to place my items in so I do not lose them while traversing the wilderness, but I could no find any housing for sale (that was in my price range of "noob" haha.) Any aid given by the Council would be greatly appreciated on the working elf's scale!

*a note is posted just below, curled at the tips, ripped, and stained with blood. It appears to be written in haste.

Aye, I have many " rooms " available in my house. I find it could be quite suitable for someone like you, I would most definitely rent one out to you for a small cost. Meet me at the front gates of Laurelin as soon as you read this, I will be watching waiting.
