I never got a full answer, on my Idea

A base/ school has been built to train these people has been built past the end of the white road. we will likely keep to ourselves but I would not want to be completely robbed of our power. The Lyresni by nature have great power but are limited in usage (( basically i only let people in who wont abuse it, if they do they are stripped of powers and expelled ))
