Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: Roleplaying on and off for 15ish years, starting in pencil and paper before getting into MMORPG as they became available. Some may consider me an elitist, but I would not hold others to my standards, I am just very particular... I think?

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: 20ish + hours weekly.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: I know everyone seems to have their own idea of what Roleplay is. I am a bit more of a strict roleplayer, but I also roleplay off the cuff instead of drawing up an extensive backstory to start with. I like to develop my character as I play.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.I would describe these things as sort of cheating at roleplay. Using knowledge obtained in an OOC manner in an IC event.

What do you expect this server will be like?: Full of roleplayers!

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: Only a friends server and I have not left. I still frequent it to maintain my old farm.

How did you hear about us?: I was looking for RP servers on the Minecraft forums.

Character Name: Lyris

What is your Race?: Human

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Lyris, a young adult male human of slightly less than average height and slender yet sturdy build. He has always been a wanderer, prefering the wild and stopping in busy ports and frontier outposts only as he needed, scruffy and rather unkempt, civilised people would rather it were that way anyhow. He has no past to mention, that is, none he would tell you of. He thinks only of the next moment, and then the next.

Your characters ambitions: Survival.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Lyris pays little mind to the struggling Elf, making sure not to draw the attention of the cuthroats...

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? Lyris stares at the merchant, then looks over the wares being peddaled. He checks his coinpurse, squeezing the gaunt leather pouch hung at his waist... then turns and walks off without a word.

No screenshot of your skin results in auto-denial. Also technically you didn't give your definition of RP, but I can tell with what you did write that you know what it is.

Your biography was also kind of short, but I GUESS it's adequate, if adequate is what you're aiming for. I do take into account what you said about RP though. All you need to do is find yourself a screenshot of this scruffy, unkempt human you're going to be playing, and send it here for screening, and this app will go along into the approved pile.
