House for sale in alkhazar! I originally purchased this house for 8,500 minas. It is located on snowfall street, right near the church district. While the property is technically not "beach front" it still has a great view of the beach from its windows.

The house is accessible with a mask from the North gate, even with the sulpher. Just make sure to keep plenty of food on you!

Because of the sulpher, the price is lowered to 7,500 minas.
