Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a high school student in 9th grade. Experienced in game programming and design and took a college course about it. I also spend lots of time playing games, so I figure out how to work them really quickly.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I can be on about 15-25 hours weekly. I really enjoy spending time on servers like these so I will be on quite often.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Roleplaying is acting or representing something in a certain role for a game. You cannot use out-of-character knowledge. Which means that you can only use what your character would know in the game. I have played various roleplaying games before. Roleplaying enhances the online experience and makes the game more enjoyable for everybody playing.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are: Metagaming is when you use things that your character in the game wouldn’t know. Which means that you can’t just search how to do something on the internet, you have to figure it out yourself. Powergaming is more like doing more than what my character could actually do.

What do you expect this server will be like?: Adventurous and always discovering new things. I know many friends that play this game as well and I have watched them play it. I have also seen videos on the internet of what the server is like and it looks quite enjoyable.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I played on multiple other servers but never really stayed with just one. I was testing them out to see which one I liked the most. But I had heard that this was a great server to play on and had been hearing good things coming from it. It looks better than any other servers I have been on and am planning to make this my permanent server.

How did you hear about us?: From a friend. He is one of the people who has been playing on this server for a while and he told me that I should get it.

Character Name: Finnick Odair

What is your Race?: Dwarf

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): I am a simple guard with great ambitions. But have an eye for short-term goals. All I need is a house, a home, perhaps a wife, and a great income to supply my needs. I would like to reside in the great hall of Kal’Urguan with my comrades. I am ambitious and work hard to rise up the ranks and show the kingdom of my skills. I am 231 years old and raised by my father, Torin, who was a head guard for the dwarf kingdom. I grew up around the kingdom and learned its ways. My father also taught me a little about mining and farming, so I can help supply myself with food and shelter. My mother was taken by the orcs when they raided our village, when I was only a mere child. Being so young, I did all I could to stop them, but they were just too powerful. They came in the night and knocked my father unconscious, then my mother hid me away in her dresser. They never found me, but did take my mother. I still hope to find her someday. I grew up around my father and his friends, the other guards, who taught me the ancient ways and laws that we were to abide by. My father commands special legions in the army against the orcs, because his hate has grown so strong for them since the incident. Now, being trained by my father, I hope that I become a head guard and eventually, a commander of the army, to help lead the army against the wretched orcs.

Your characters ambitions: I wish to become a head guard and a Captain in the ranks of my nation's army. Not looking too far ahead to the laborious task of a head guard, but taking it one step at a time to get to where I want to be. I am patriotic and do what ever I can for the cause of the people. Still searching for my mother and grasping on to the flicker hope that she is still alive. I want to reunite her with my father and be a family once again.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? I dash over next to the elf and ask the two bandits what he has done to wrong them. If they continue to bother the elf, I shall assist him and take the bandits into custody, with other guards coming to assist me just in case.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? I'm doing well fine sir, but I'll be sure to let you know if there is anything that I need to buy. I can do a job for you if you would like for me to.
