How much time could you be on the server weekly?:I could be on for a few hours Mon-Thurs and at night on Friday-Sunday.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:Roleplaying is taking on a the persona, or role, of a character you made up yourself or a character given to you. You are supposed to act like this character always, and never let out of character feelings influence yourself in character.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.Metagaming is telling/asking for information out of roleplay, that you use as your characters or other character's knowledge in role play. Powergaming is doing actions that don't fit your character, it's doing something that wouldn't happen in role play that your character does anyway.

What do you expect this server will be like?:I expect this server to be filled with dedicated roleplayers who take seriously. I expect it to be player based to a degree, but also to have attentive admins.

Character Name: Fendran Arowdon

What is your Race?: Wood Elf.

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Fendran was born into a very poor family in the slums of

Al'Khazar.Sadly his mother died during his birth and Fendran was raised by his sister, Aria, most of his life, because his father was working most of the time. Fendran's father could not afford to send either of the children to school,but Aria was spent most of her time learning about politics and mathematics, which she would later teach to Fendran. Neither of the children could read, but Aria was still intelligent.When Fendran did not understand something he'd often get very angry and throw a fit. He outgrew this in due time, but the anger stayed with him.

When Fendren entered his teen years he began to work with his dad at the blacksmith Fendran's father was an assistant at. He was still being tutored by his sister and learning more each day. Fendran began to take an interest in politics and would often go into town and debate. He would often just repeat whatever he heard his father and sister said at the dinner table the previous night. One night while at a tavern, Fendran met a dwarf named Garret. Garret noticed Fendran's short temper and merely laughed and said "This ones got the fire in 'em!" Garret was a swordsmen who desired a pupil. He thought Fendran would fit this position quite nicely. For the next year he taught Fendran the way around the battlefield and how to propely wield a blade. Fendran did not learn anything too impressive, but mastered a few techniques.

Fendran's father was promoted to head smith at the blacksmith he had worked at, things were looking up for the Arowdon family. One day when returning home he walked into a robbery. His father and sister were home at the time and were being held hostage. Fendran drew his blade and charged at the thief not thinking of the consequences, which he typically does. The thief panicked and killed both his father and sister. Fendran was in to much of a state of shock to do anything. He immediately fell to the ground, close to his now dead family. The thief escaped. A week later when it was discovered Fendran was living on his own, he was put up for adoption.

Fendran had greatly hoped Garret would adopt him, but that never happened. Instead Fendran was adopted by a human named Kurt Grohel. Kurt worked as a hunter by day, but at night he often stole for his riches. Kurt used Fendran for distractions while stealing, and eventually started having him steal things himself. If Kurt did not feel that a subsequent amount of goods were stolen that day Fendran would often be beaten and go without a meal for the rest of the day. Fendran did most of the cooking and cleaning around the house, while Kurt. If Kurt came home to his dinner not prepared in time, Fendran would not eat again.

After three years of living with Kurt, Fendran poisoned Kurt's dinner one night. Kurt was out hunting and Fendran made sure he wasn't finished cooking yet, so he wouldn't be allowed to eat the tainted food. Fendran feed Kurt the poisoned food and at once he collapsed to the ground grasping for air. He motioned for Fendran to help, but instead Fendran picked up Kurt's dagger and drove it through his chest and pierced his diaphragm. Kurt died at once. To make himself look innocent Fendran came up with a plan. He wrecked the house, making it look like someone was looking for something, someone trying to steal back something Kurt had stolen from them. Fendran then told a guard and played the innocent.

Fendran decided to leave the city. For one, he had killed a man there. Two, he had to many bad memories. Fendran heard rumor that he had family in Laurelin so he is currently heading there. Upon his experiences with humans, Fendran out right hates humans and will likely never change his opinions of views.

Your characters ambitions:Fendran always strives for what believes is right, not always what is morally right. If he had a problem with you, you'd be well aware. He is very outspoken about his opinions. Fendran often masks his true emotions with a short tempered attitude and does not let his feeling bleed through. Often his looks can say what he's truly feeling, rather then his words. Fendran is very one-dimensioned and only sees what he wants to see. He can rarely be swayed to chanage his opinion or turn the other cheek. Fendran is very thick headed and loses his temper easily.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Fendran would gladly help the struggling elf, and except no payment in return. However if it had been a human in trouble he'd merely scoff and walk away, assuming they brought it on themselves some how.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? Fendran does not wish to carry out social situations longer then they have to be. He'd merely state what he wanted and leave.
