Blawharag 277 Share Posted December 31, 2011 Mental disease or not, you cannot ignore a curse put on you that is so powerful it affects an entire race and all of it's descendants. It is perfectly reasonable to have a cowardly Orc, however such an Orc is still subject to bloodlust and desire to kill. For this reason, a cowardly Orc would still try to kill, just in subtle and less than honorable means. Such as cutting throats while they sleep. This is one cultural reason as to why Orcs specifically make it difficult for their young to grow up, allowing only the strongest, bravest and most honorable to survive childhood. If cowards were regularly allowed to make it to adulthood we would all be killing each other in our sleep. One way or the other, you cannot ignore your bloodlust curse. No more than a dwarf can be tall, a human be ageless, or an elf be fertile (though for game purposes the elvish infertility is not a "100%" infertility, otherwise no one would be able to make a new elf character. However they are infertile enough that and new spawned baby is considered a rare and amazing thing).
