Application help

On the other forum I posted my app, but i cant see it. It says I sent it, but I checked the forum and it isnt there. Can someone tell me what i could be doing wrong(i just do new reply and writer there) or is it just me and is my application acctually there. Im inclined to think its not due to the mods on this forum not looking at my application here.
