Small 2-3 sentence description of yourself: I am a 16 year old boy attending The Orchard School. I have a huge interest in portrait photography and I am going to John Leggot College next year for A-levels in Photography, Media-studies and IT. I am a fun, friendly guy to talk to and enjoy a good bit of Role-Playing after a day of school.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: A good chunk of my spare time is spent on Other consoles and meeting up with friends but I estimate that I could be on the server 2 hours a day at most, maybe more on weekends but it all depends on my schedule.

What do you know about Role-Playing? Give a definition of what it means to you: Role-Playing is taking on the life on a person whether this be fictional or real and experiencing their feelings or life.

In your own words describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are: Metagaming is using OOC knowledge and applying it to your characters senario or life. Powergaming is forcing your will upon another player to affect the outcome of something.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect some very good RP and alot of fun adventures for me to participate in which will result in a fun experience for me and my fellow players.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I played on Mel-Lenxia and the reason I left this server is because it went downhill and is on the verge of shutting down, therefor I seeked new adventure in Lord Of The Craft for some immersive Role-Play.

In-Character

Character Name: Aeven Velorum

What is your race?: Human

Biography: Aeven was born in a small village with his Mother, Father and young Sister. They had barely any money but lived well off the land as his Mother and Sister tended to the garden and vegetable patch whilst Aeven and his father would go out hunting in the local forest for wild deer and boar. One day his Father walked up to Aeven before their next hunting session and told him that this time he was going to allow Aeven to hunt on his own this time. Aeven was fairly proud of this and promptly grabbed his bow and a few arrows and trotted out of the door feeling very content with himself. After a good hour or so Aeven was walking along a familiar ridge him and his father walked daily to go to their favourite hunting spot when he heard a scream from down in the forest, Aeven stood for a moment confused before continuing and coming to the conclusion that it was simply a wild boar.

After another few moments Aeven heard the scream again and decided to go investigate, After several paces he found himself crouched up ontop of a ridge over-watching two bandits harassing a women at sword point. Aeven now knew he had a choice, one he never though he would have to face but before he could do anything he felt a cold piece of metal tap against his neck and turned to see a bandit stood behind him with his sword pointed at Aeven's neck. The bandit said to Aeven "stand up boy" in a harsh abrupt tone and as he did the bandit nudged him towards the other two bandits below him. As Aeven proceeded down the incline he was approached by another bandit who was quick to strike him in the face and knock him out cold.

As Aeven awoke he could hear the sounds of a women talking near to him and the sound of nearby shouting and laughter. As he opened his eyes he could see the women trying to sell eggs nearbye and a large temple in the background. He immediately thought "where am I?" and then it clicked in his mind "wheres my family!"

Your characters ambitions: Since Aeven was a young lad he had always wanted to go and join the army and fight with his bow to defend the walls of which ever town required his assistance. That changed when he was taken by the bandits, now he wants to simply live his life in peace and to sit with a family. but now and again that same childhood urge always comes back to Aeven when he sees his bow and satchel of arrows.

Out in the wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling with two bandits. What does your character do?: My character would be cautious at first, scanning his surroundings for any other foes but would then pull his bow and attempt to save the elf from the bandits.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may i help you with today?" how does your character answer?: "Good morning, i'd like some bread and could you tell me where i could fill up my canteen?"

But don't loose hope! After two days you can re-apply which gives you plenty of time to fix up your application and plan it out, as well as use all the advice I am about to give you to make it spot on. Also check out the links at the bottom of this page, trust me they really help.

First of all, you have not written a correct biography. A biography needs to include your characters appearance, personality and age. Also, please include some lore from the world of Aegis, such as town names, people or events. You can find all of that in either the wiki (link at the bottom of this post) or the history section of the website and forums.

I would like to see at least a PARAGRAPH for each role-play question and make sure for the combat question you abide by the rules of combat for the server. In role-play you will need to warn a villain before engaging in combat. At least a couple of lines from each person is needed for combat to initiate or it is considered a no-rp kill and you can get banned on the server for it. Do not just write:

I suddenly pull out my sword and kill the bandits. Then I ask the elf for money for helping him.

Write a dialogue as well as the actions of all those involved. This goes as well for the shop question, do not just write a single line, write a full scene. Write the actions of all involved in the situation and what they say, how they interact with each other.

I want to see how good you REALLY ARE at RPing and I want you to try as hard as you can when answering these questions.

1. Go in-game and press the “F5” button TWICE. (Not once as this will show the back of your character)

2. Take a screen shot by pressing the "PrntScr" button on a windows computer or press F2 on the keyboard, then go to start => Run and type in this: %appdata%/.minecraft/screenshots

3. Find the screenshot and open it in an image manipulation program such as Paint or Gimp.4. Crop the image so that only the area close to your skin (including the skin) remains.

5. Save the file and go to tinypic.com

6. Upload the file

7. Click ONCE on the text box underneath: "IMG Code for Forums & Message Boards"

8. Right click and copy the entire text

9. Paste in your new application
