Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?

Koigan has no place to live, so he lives in a cave. One day another Goblin came through this cave named, Brevius. They both had No Homes, they both then decided that it would be a good idea to have a village for Goblin's and "Friends"

There for everyone to live a happy life in a small village.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time?

Grub'HiiH (Village Leader): The Grub'HiiH of the village is incharge of keeping the people under control, he roams the village as much as possible to see what is going on, and tries to help out the Villagers as much as possible. The Grub'HiiH Has the Power to Banish someone from the village or Die.

Grub'LeeD: The Grub'LeeD of the village is the Secondary Grub'HiiH, If anything were to happen to the Grub'HiiH, then the Grub'LeeD would take his place, that goes for if the Grub'HiiH is on a small trip as well. The Grub'LeeD does everything that the Grub'HiiH would do But does not have the power to banish someone from the village.

Workers/Villagers: The Village has A System, the Villagers do not have to pay taxes to live here, but they have to gather resources.

There are 4 Positions, to live in the village the Villager must choose one of these.

1. LumberJack

2. Chef

3. Hunter

4. Miner

After a Week In real life the Grub'HiiH will demand the villagers of the Village to come to the Centre, Where they give :

1. LumberJack - 64 logs of any Kind

2. Chef - Maximum of 25+ of any meat.

3. Hunter - Maximum of 25+ of either, Leather, String, Bones or Wool.

4. Miner - 40 coal, or 10 iron.

These seem fair as they are given a Week.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

The Village will be a small community, However it will have every week, a feast for the village. In the Grub'HoL, a big cave, well lit with a large table in the middle. Where the village can chat and eat to their desire. As well as that, there will be Competitions once a month in real life to keep the village lively, trying to get the village to work together. However The Grub'LeeD, which is Koigan (MuckyD121) Hates Dwarves, he just has a thing about them. If one enters the village the Village will be called by the Grub'Leed or the Grub'HiiH and the Dwarf has the chance to leave its Life or Death.

The Architecture, is like the village Koigan used to live in before it was destroyed all I can show is the Fence, which will probably look like this.
