I believe those who lived in Renatus before we came to Aluson, should have citizenship, this includes soldiers and nobles. People who try to live here may do so, but will not have the rights of citizens.

When you get to the beach, head directly forward over the water - it isn't a large river - and over the grass until you reach a farm. The city is on your left as you reach the farm.

Yes a road will be built, but building inside the city is of higher priority right now. The city itself was in ruins when we arrived but progress is indeed good.
