One, first it would only be people that the Mage's Guild SAYS can use it. If so, that person would probably be a good rp-er, as well as trustworthy. And I'm not saying SPELLS would be stored there, but like histories, biographies, and other -ies.

I have a friends doing so, who have connections. So far I've had no response. If worse comes to worse, we will take the town to the wilds. I have already posted a charter in that section.

Note that if we do have to go to the wilds, I'll have to ask everyone to make a contribution for the money we have to pay.

Yes, I mentioned this on previous posts, but maybe we could loosen it up a bit. Instead of setting a list of unique attribute to give to each house, all you (maverik) need to say is that each house must have one defining piece of architecture. Houses could still have the same "quirk," but it couldn't be used too often.
