Out of Character: My name is Justin Johnston, I am 18 years old and in my last 2 years of high school. I enjoy fun outside hobbies such as Bike Riding, Long Walks, Hunting, and Fishing. I also spend a good portion of my time playing online games with my friends as well as getting to know new ones and joining in Online Communities.

How old are you? I am 18 years old.

What Timezone are you in? Eastern Standard Time USA/Canada

Do you have a good grip on the English language and Grammar? Yes I am confident that my English and Grammar skills are more than up to par.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of Yourself: I am a fun and easy person to get along with. But in the mornings I can be a bit edgy and easily be irritated. I like to spend much of my time playing games with friends and meeting new people. I also love spending time with my friends outside the game.

How much Time could you be on the server Weekly? On weekdays I can put in at least 2 hours night. On Weekends as many as 4 or 5. So I can be on more than 10 hours a week.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Roleplaying is about getting deeper into the game and be that person you want to be whether it’s Luke Skywalker, Indiana Jones, or maybe a fantasized thought about what you’d be like in another world. Personally Roleplaying is about having fun, getting deeper into your imagination and immerse yourself into a place you want to be.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are: Metagaming is when your character is using information he doesn’t have, for example if I skipped a part in a quest because “I” already knew what to do but my “Character” never acquired that information. Powergaming I believe is what you call it when someone tries to achieve a high skill or end game content whether this be an item or power. I think this is equivalent to on Runescape when players use outside programs (Botting as it was called) to obtain a high skillset.

What do you expect this Server to be like? I expect this server will be great fun. A Community full of Roleplayers and devoted players. I have no doubt this will be the best RP server I have ever had the pleasure to be apart of.

What other Server(s) have you played on? Why did you leave them? Most of them had simple Number IP’s rather than names. I’ve played on Survival, Anarchy, Vanilla, and RP servers. The reason I left was either because of permanent closing and or loss of interest because most servers weren’t dedicated.

Have you read, understood, and agreed to the Rules? I have Read over, Agreed, and completely understand the Rules of this Community.

How did you hear about Us? I was searching through Google and the forums for a new server to call Home. I found your server on one of those lists and read over the details and now I wish to be a part of it.

Have you voted for the Lord of the Craft on Minestatus? Which vote number were you? I have not yet voted for the Lord of the Craft yet. I do wish to see the Server and Community for myself before I vote. (Not being mean, but I do like to see what I’m voting for. Wouldn’t You?)

In-character: Good Day Sir, My name Tyras, I am a Loyal and Truthful Human. I live in the Great Kingdom of Oren were I do mercenary work to help the Kingdom in any way I can. I might not know Magic or be skilled with a bow but I do have a talent with a sword, I don’t claim to be the best but I get along fine with what I have.

What is your Race? Human

Biography (This should include the history of your Character and his life as well as Age, Appearance, and Personality Etc.)

Tyras grew up on a farm on the outskirts of the Kingdom of Oren. He and his Parents work a hard but good life. Once Tyras was older just turning 12 his father started to train him in swordsmanship. Tyras’s father used to be in the Oren Guard till a heated argument with his superiors got him disbanded. Tyras’s father was still an Oren Guard at heart and thus trained Tyras in discipline, patience, and Loyalty to the Kingdom.

At the age of 17 Tyras got his first taste of real combat. A group of Bandits attack a trading outpost while he was there selling his produce, and Tyras and his Father charge into battle and fought side by side. They fought valiantly and cut down the criminals one by one. When the fight was over all the bandits had either fled or been killed, there was only one casualty Tyras’s Father had been slain in battle. Tyras and his Mother mourned his death but went on with their lives.

At the age of 24 Tyras left home ready to start his life as he wanted, bearing his Father’s Arms and Armor as well as his personality Honest, Courageous, Truthful, and most of all Loyal. Would bring honor to his father with memory and fight in the name of the Kingdom of Oren. Tyras traveled to the city of Renetus, his adventure was to begin there.

Your Character’s Ambition: Tyras wishes to not only Honor his father’s death but to restore protect and unify the Great Kingdom of Oren to greatness. While Magic and Archery aren’t a skill he possesses he wishes to master his art as a Swordsman and learn to Blacksmith so he may know his armor from scrap to forge.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an Elf struggling combat with two Bandits. What does your character do?

Tyras charges at Bandits to assist the struggling Elf and to bring vengeance upon the criminals that would take the lives of the Good and Innocent.

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

Good day to you too sir, I’m merely browsing. But I’ll let you know if I need anything, thank you.

Other Information: I like to play RPG’s a lot more than other game genres. I’m looking forward to being a part of a Roleplaying community and I hope to see you all soon.

You're really, really close. I actually liked your biography, and usually that's where i'm telling people they need to put in more effort.

1: Your definition of powergaming needs work. It's a word that can have a couple definitions, but the one you gave I think applies more to 'powergrinding' or 'min-maxing'.

2: Your skinshot was not visible. I even clicked the link and I got a bunch of 404 file not found and additional errors on the page. It might be better to just imbed it into your post or if necessary, put it on imageshack then put the /img in here.
