You see a note nailed to the notice board, the writing is a fine script similar to the style of elven writing but you notice further down it is actually an orc whom had written -or had ordered written- the message.

Greetings citizens of Hanseti. I am a skilled lumberjack who has come to offer his services to the town. I will be able to provide an ample supply of all kinds of wood given the trees are in area. If you are interested in my services send a bird my way and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

There are a couple of cottages built on the edge of timbermaw forests. If ye would like a cottage built I can have one founded immediately.

Enter hanseti city and turn right into the great redwood forest. Follow the path.

Ye can either pay for it outright or work off the cost of the permit and home.
