Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: My name is Mark, and im addicted to all forms of Escape. I love corgis, Stephen King's : The Dark Tower series, and the music of Daft punk. I play the guitar (mostly to myself) and i am 6 foot 6.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I have work and college on most days, but i usually spend a few hours a day in SMP. lets say, around 20 hours.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Roleplaying : The act of becoming a character, created in ones own mind. Roleplaying is the ability to partake in quests and adventures that you would otherwise be unable to. Roleplaying lets you escape from your otherwise Normal life, and to become someone you truely wish to be.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming: To use outside sources (such as google etc) to interact with objects and players within the game

Powergaming:

To proceed through a game, ignoring the Roleplaying aspect of the game. To be completely focused on completing a task (getting a stack of diamonds) and not to join in adventures, or interact with other players

What do you expect this server will be like?:I expect this server to be a completly immersive Roleplaying experience, Minecraft has so much potential, but most others servers dont harness that potential. Hopefully, when i join this server, i wont be Zelpo just another minecraft player, ill be Zelpo the dwarf, pillager of ores!

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have been on multiple servers looking for the perfect one, so far I've yet to come across one. However, a server (dynamious.no-ip.org) did come close to being the perfect server, but it is always unavailable to me.

How did you hear about us?: Through the internet, whilst looking for RPing servers.

What is your Race?: Dwarf.

Biography:

Being the lovechild of an unmarried couple, the young dwarf was left in the Dankwoods to die, least he bring shame upon the couple clan. However, a roving trader, who's wife had recently suffered a miscarriage, came across the screaming baby and took the child home. It wasn't easy being dwarf brought up in an all-human household, because of this, the young dwarf never really felt part of a family. As he grew up, people began to despise him. He suffered many beatings from gangs of humans who hated dwarves, as well as verbal abuse from many members of the village that he grew up in. One night, a bandit gang attacked the village, pillaging and killing most of the village. The Young dwarf, whose name at that time had been Duffin, begged the bandits to take him with them. The bandits agreed on the condition that he would be their servant, doing all the mundane tasks that the bandits hated. And so the dwarf became part of the gang. He stayed with the troupe for three years, collecting firewood, cooking the meals, and cleaning their armour and weapons. However, one night the gang never came back from their raid. the dwarf waited three nights, and then he gathered together some supplies, and an axe and set off into the woods. After three more nights of wandering aimlessly he stumbled across a crumbling Mage's tower. It was there that he met the Mage, Mezuko. The mage, being of dwarven blood, took in the lad. It was there that the young dwarf undertook the ritual of SmoulderForge, where he found his true name. It was with Mezuko , that he learned the principles of alchemy, and soon become and expert. He stayed with Mezuko for many years, untill the mage was on his death bed. The last thing that the Mage said to the dwarf was "Go now, my son, and bring hope to your bloodkin. For you are a Dwarf, By your blood, and your Heart. You must unite Dwarf kind, with the earth once more" Taking heed of the Mage's words Zelpo Set out to form a Refuge for Dwarfs deep underground. It was there that the stirrings of rebellion began to blaze deep inside of his heart...

Your characters ambitions: To unite dwarven kind, and to return them to their former glory.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? My hands go to my belt, where various potions are kept. I choose a potion that will distract the bandits, whilst also releasing a vapour that irritates the eyes.I throw the two bottle at the bandits, the bottles connect. The bandits swing around covering their face, so that the vapour doesn't blister their eyes. At this point, I have already reached the bandits, I swing my axe around so that I am griping the axe with the handle pointing outwards. I swing the axe handle at one of the bandit's kneecaps, it connects with an audible crunch. Whilst the other bandit is on the floor gripping his knee, I quickly disarm the other by slicing through his hand. i then knock him out using the flat part of my axe. I give the elf a potion which will counter act the effects of the potions i threw at the bandits, because some vapour reached him. I pull out some rope from my pack, and quickly secure the two unconscious bandits, so that they cannot move at all.

I say : " After your eyes have stopped stinging, go get help or finish these two off. They should awake in half an hour or so, so act fast." Then I proceed down the path.

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? "Greetings, shop keep. Do you have any fresh Netherwart and Blaze powder? The samples on display look a little stale, so they wont be that effective. Also, Do you have any more Fermented spider eyes?"
