So here's the situation. The theatre which I am building is in need of supplies like Wood and Melons for the building itself and it's shop. This was an issue I had to face so I asked Zibean, one of the high-ups who commissioned the theatre, if I could build a farm nearby. Due to the area it was in he told me that I should have a plot of land just outside of the city to build this farm. Zibean and the King (Tarus) both agreed to the farm and gave me a small plot of land outside of the city. I started to build my farm but I needed some help on gathering materials for when I'm not there so I asked Tarus if I could give someone perms. Becuase I needed some help I asked Nico, the person who wants to get rid of the farm, if he could help me.

When Nico saw the unfinished farm he had my permissions removed and ordered a roll back of the area. He accused me of land griefing and making a farm for personal gain. I do admit to making the farm quite ugly but I did say that I will remake it if I had my permissions back. I asked Nico for a comprimise where I could fix and keep the farm till the theatre is ccomplete, after that the land will no longer be mine.

Reasons Against :

• Its in the middle of nowhere, why didn't you build it where the other farms are...?
• Its an NO-RP Built farm, dirt can not singly hold up farms.
• Looks below standard for a farm in Renatus
• Land Griefing
• We have a public farm for a reason, if no one uses that one and everyone makes there own there is no point to it.

My decision:

That farm will be deleted and rolled-back to the original state. I will give you a small portion of land in the farming dist. for your theater.

• The public farm doesn't allow the farming of trees and it's more efficient having multiple farms.

Having seen this with my own eyes, I understand why Nico removed it, however I do believe you could build something much better than a mud hut.

My own personal issue with this is why it had to be built there? It is a long distance from the city itself, crossing past Das Boot and into Greenwell Range, instead of being placed around all the other farms for the city. As for why that land was granted to you I do not understand, as we are not supposed to be handing out pand like that.

As a compromise, you should be allowed to build another farm, whilst being supervised by Nico, as to make sure it is not another eye sore. This farm should be placed along side of the other local farms, not in a secluded place far from the city.

Well first off it was partly both of your faults he should of said how it should look and you should of made sure he approved. I think you should atleast get a chance to get your farm back. And a question of mine why can't you have a farm for personal gain? Is this city communist? I think one should be able to have a personal farm as long as they pay taxes on it or something.

To answer your question, I couldn't use the land for personal gain as I didn't pay for the land it was located on. Renatus does allow farms for personal gain but you do have to buy the land and then pay rent afterwards.
