Why is your character starting this village/settlement? What is its purpose?:

It will act as the role of a home for the Halfings/Hobbits, It will be a place where there kind will be treated right and be able to do the things they like to do without being annoying, Although other races are still aloud in.

What type of political system or leadership is within the village?:

There is no political system at all but there are people that would be around the village making our little village as peaceful as we can because as you might all know we hobbits dont like ighting at all. But we do have a leadership system there would be a high lord in the village that will control them all (Which is me) a Minister who is the lords right hand man and helps him conrtol thhe city and some other who i would pick that will help out around the village.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.):

These hobbits will be doing what they love doing best, like Farming, they do not like fighting what so ever, and they absolutely LOVE drinking there ale in there own bar.

These hobbits are different instead of living in those dirt home they will be living in little nature huts it will be great architecture of coarse. And all the other buildings will surround in it style
