People of Renatus, I, Reynard of the House Lycian do hereby call a meeting of all government officials, leaders of cities and guilds, and other nobles of the nation. We must discuss the matter of reformation of our military and final pieces of government. We need any who believe that they have the aptitude or the ability for officership or for government positions to join us in the Government District of Arethor for a meeting tomorrow at approximately 2 o'clock for the purpose of discussion and placement of the government and officers of our military. We will also have a discussion over the laws and punishments of the region as a whole. Please if you are able to make it sign and send notice of it here so we know how many are coming and we can begin preliminary discussions between some of the Ashen Council who already have a position. And I will gladly accept comments of what we wish to talk about in writing.

((We will start the meeting in game but we will also be using teamspeak for actual discussion while we will have some people writing down the decisions made, understand this is not a full democracy, we will consider the choice of the people of the country in all things, but some things we will not do due to previous decisions or for reasons of keeping peace or organization. It will be on Saturday at about 2ish maybe earlier, but we will not start the actual meeting until then.
