I've always held internet gaming as a way of stress relief. I'm against drama and am more inclined to be a friend to those I meet online, which has allowed me to get some great experiences out of RP and regular gaming communities online.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

Once or twice per week.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

Roleplaying, to me, is a show you put on for yourself and for others. This is accomplished - convincingly - by descriptive actions, memorable character developement, and interesting interaction between players. Some of the best roleplay I've ever been involved with has taken place in a single room, rather than across huge worlds. Mainly that was do to the limitation of the game, though. With LoTC however the landscape is open to the player.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming is the use of out of character knowledge that you character is not privy to in order to benefit your character in-game.

Powergaming, on the other hand, is overstepping your characters limitations or forcing your characters actions to negatively affect another player's character.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I think LoTC will offer a wide variety of player interaction, which is good for role play scenarios that are never tiring!

This will be my first role play experience in Minecraft

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

The appearance of Sirrus Aganar is nothing ostentatious appart for the unique shine of his almost purple eyes. Eyes which almost glimmer of mischief, but certainly gleam with malcontent. Sirrus is a wanderer, havn't yet come to terms with his new surroundings ever since his Master sent him to the Verge with the others. He was only a boy of fourteen then. Some would say that's too young to be sent out on his own, Sirrus would often reflect as he walked to pathways of Asulon in solitude, though he had his well-biten and pragmatic outlook on life to thank for it. The only reason he had survived this long was his education under his mentor. His parents, when he was no more than a child, had forfeited him to the elderly alchemist. Despite the old man's reputation for being the village's old fool he had rendered the young Aganar a fine education in sciences and rhetoric.

Such an education was fine, in theory, but buried Sirrus's nose in a book behind closed doors a majority of the time. It is often hard for Sirrus not to reflect on his teachings as a waste of time, for they never taught him how to catch a fish, skin a rodent, build a shelter, deal with merchants who cared more for Minas than quality product, or avoid bandits. Those he had to learn the hard way in this harsh new world as he came of age. Some of these skills he was still learning, he admitted silently to himself as he sat on the steps of the Cloud Temple idly flicking one of his few remaining coins into the air. He liked to indulge in the activity to guage those that passed by's glances as they eyed the covetted currency. Would they be willing to attack him for the bit of treasure? What did this new world have in store for him? He had always wondered if there was something more to the "magic tricks" of his mentor. Clearly something gave the old man the confidence he needed to join in the fight that ended Aegis and left Aganar to live in solitude in this new world. All this went through his mind as he rested on the steps of the Temple. Waiting for the next chapter in his story to unfold.

Your characters ambitions:

While Sirrus's ambitions are limited to the desire to finally find a place he feels comfortable settling down in on the recently populated mainland of Asulon.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

Calmly, he studies the technique and tactics of the bandits from a safe distance behind some source of concealment to thus better arm himself against future attack. Once the elf is dead, he would wait for the bandits to leave before calming picking through whatever was left behind and then strolling off, probably whistling a tune to himself.

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

Nods his acknowledgement to the shopkeeper before casting his eyes over the shop's inventory. Running a finger over a few objects that are to his liking, he moves his lips in silent speech to himself as he considers the wares before him. Finding what he was aiming to buy, asks a few questions regarding the item before purchasing it. Visiting shops is a necessity, but he views browsing as a waste of time. He makes it a point to know exactly what he is looking for.
