My Position Within Hanseti.

*Sherlock walks up to the Message board in the Capital of Hanseti, a wispful wind blows his over-thought mind, the insanity and "enthusiasm" that he regularly portrays, has disappeared as does the warmth of Summer. With a few small pieces of parchment, clutched in spare hand, he nails them to the board, sighing, and staring to the ground in distraught. As Sherlock walks away, you pace up, slowly, as if not to disturb him to read the notes.*

Dear everyone and anyone,

Recently, after the departure of those to New Sorovitz, just coming to 2 years now, I have realised the town to be hated by my superiors, I have tried to make it successful, but at the same time, I have tried to keep the Sariants you all ignore, happy and content. They have done well for the town, so I reward them, but what I reward them with, is that of land, but in your eyes, a reward of unneeded thanks.

I do not wish to belittle my superiors, they have done so much for the Realm, however, if what I can do in my town is restricted, then I shall restrict it, but in turn, the promises of resources, shall never arrive. We need to make our own stand, and if we can't then we will hold what we can.

Hate me if you will, take the towns possession away from me, but I do not care, as for what the town will do now, I do not know, it appears that every action I have done, to prevent another from happening, has either been put back, by a similar problem, or rejected by friends, workers or Superiors, so I tell you now, to all those that read this;

I have no say, in the politics of Hanseti, if something goes wrong, then tell either the Hochmeister Samuel, or the Ordenmarschals, Mirtok or Viadar.

I have no power, in the lands of Hanseti, only the Snowy Mountains, which as we speak, my Superiors question, if I have the ability to command a town, but that is not for me to decide, nor persuade.

I have no need, I wish to travel these lands, I wish to see what it has to offer, but I cannot leave this realm, without calls of my needed assistance, or pleas and complaints from citizens.

So, with this message, I say, do not ask me on the State of Hanseti, as for New Sorovitz, its growth shall stop, and I shall belittle its perimeters, this shall not be immediate, and I shall do it overtime.

Thank you for reading this, and I ask for your truthful response, and your opinion of my state in Hanseti, and the state of my Town.

Well mister Sherlock,

I have yet to even formally meet you, let alone accept you into the ranks of the Teutonic Order. As I remember, the town of New Sorovitz was issued to a man named Horus, a member of our Order and a person whom displayed leadership qualities. I have been told that you are his son, but to me that means little. The members of the order are not even to hold families so if it turns out that you are in fact his son then Horus had broken a core idea of this order.

I called out to you in battle thinking you were Horus and you replied "Horus is dead!" If you may not know, Horus did not have the power to shift leadership of his town. He was a member of our military force and was granted Landmeister, however he cannot pass off his power and membership to his offspring or any named successor. That is the work of Sam and Sam alone. He runs this nation and owns the town you call home. You cannot and have not taken the rank and title of Horus fore they died with him.

As a recall from your statement, you complain about not having a say in the government of the nation. And I must ask, who are you? Earn what Horus built, become a member of this order, at least properly announce yourself for I have heard nothing of your struggles or really anything that has transpired in New Sorovitz.

As a final statement of the workings of this nation and Order, your entire life has been a complete mystery to the actual leaders of this nation. The sudden changes that have taken place in New Sorovitz have too been a vague thought among the general populace. I am angered that you have posted this in a public gathering message board, declaring independence because of what we do. And I too must ask, are you daft?! You appear in none of our records, I have not once heard of you from Horus the true leader of New Sorovitz you merely came out of the snowy rock that surrounds the town you call leader to. All these war claims against another group that have been called in your names are not for you to do. Your town does not represent this nation, we represent you.

So, Mirtok, you speak as though everything within this town was that of Horus' yet you do not know why I have filled in for him, nor why he wished me lead it, until a suitable leader had been found.

Horus, was not my father as such, I am adopted, and Horus raised me secretly, teaching me the ways to run this town and that is it. I haven't seen the realm beyond, nor have I even seen your supposed town. If you are a proper Landmeister, then what do you do, to help the nation?

The reason I say that we shall stop supplying resources, is not out of spite, it is from theta factor that, I have personally received letters, wishing to shrink my towns borders, thus I am.

I may not what you would call an Official Landmeister, but at this moment in time, I am the right man for the job. Horus raised me to fit in his shoes, this is why I have taken charge, and tell me, who would you have given the town to? Aren't the Sariabts already busy with Renatus, than over the leadership of such a small town?

Well, you find someone more capable, and I shall step down immediately, so speak your opinion here, should I continue to run New Sorovitz, or will I let the burden trickle to you...

If I may speak on behalf of the Realm, I hope you understand our hesitancy of allowing the "alleged secret" non true blood "adopted" son take control of a town.

Too many links on that chain me thinks.

To the realms leaders the whole situation is a bit messy when such freedom is gifted upon an unknown leader of that town. Of course we are going to place restrictions. To not would be foolish.

In fact even presenting yourself as a sarient is a bit suspect since I don't believe you have ever been declared as such by the hochmister.

An effort must be made to contact the leadership of hanseti to understand the direction you wish to take yer town.

As it stands right now it is as likely that you are an "assassin sent by renatus" to take control of one of our towns as it is that you are the "secret adopted heir" to horus's title.

You believe myself to be a Spy? That, after I have been through all this for the town, to simply restrict its borders, and follow orders of which Horus did not? You ask of me, to stop the mass farms, such as, that I have, you ask me, to keep the natural beauty, which I have now begun, I have done much more for this town in terms of Trade, Prosper, and damn well making sure everyone's happy with it, than Horus has!
