While walking in Karik, you spot five Dwarves standing atop of the stairs to the royal castle. One with a aging look, the others fairly young. A slightly middle aged one begins to speak.

"Listen up!" The crowd draws their attention to the Dwarf speaking.

"With tha exodus of our leader, Hiebe Irongut, the Ironguts had a meeting last Elven day to decide the new leader of the clan, along with other issues."

"Tha will a tha Ironguts is fer me, Hogarth Irongut to be the new Clan leader." The crowd's reaction is mixed, but most stayed quite to listen.

"Also! Our clan leader was once tha Lord Marshall a tha Dwarves! We 'ave 'ad two kings that 'ad ruled tha kingdom in prosperity! Don't any a ye numb skulls EVER say that tha Ironguts are traitors! Er else I might 'ave ta stick me sword inta yer gut!"

"One more thin, I would like a meeetin of tha clan council. Even if the council is no longer official, there's somethins that we need ta discuss with a few clans."

The older Dwarf yells " Now git back te workin!"

Calm yerself Arbrek. Under the new Dwarven law, Hiebe is considered a traitor. Ye and I both know better than that, but the law is the law. Hopefully things will work themselves out, but fer now, Hogarth is the new head of the Ironguts. Under the circumstances he has my approval, and I hope he will soon gain yers

Dwarves we 'ave dun tis because 'Iebe be off on 'is island 'Olm and 'es banished from Karik. We refuse ta gu ta 'Olm and leave are 'ome. Meanin tat 'Iebe can nay du much fer ta Irongut's so we voted 'Ogarth as ta new Clan Father.
