Then, if people want to be part of the Kharajyr, they have to send in an app. Thats why the App should be made now. If possible, make a Google Doc and send thos working on lore and stuff to share ideas and make the app. This will be the easiest way to stop this thing from happening. Rest assured as soon as we have somewhere to come home the co-ords will stay very secret and will only be given out to people who have done the app...
