I'd prefer having an application system for building higher than y:128, it'd be much better for the server.

(And to all the people saying donating doesn't mean that you're a good player, you're right, but there's a very large correlation between the amount of money you're willing to donate and your dedication to the server in a whole. I'd rather give the power to donators than to everyone)

Pepernoot, I understand where you are coming from completely, and I agree with that statement, but I also agree, that in "some" cases, this is not true, and we are giving alot of power to someone who may, or may not, adhere to the rules, or use their newfound access in a way that is good for the server.

1 by 1s to the top of the map!

...Then I can roleplay as a birdie. It'll be amazing.

In all seriousness, this is pretty great. My citys on a mountain, and this'll let us build on top of that mountain.

200 is more then enough room for that. The only real reason I could see for going above 200 on this map is a floating fortress. And that seems somewhat silly on this server.

This was precisely our issue in Alras ,being our land is so high up, even with this small change, we can now build on it and progress in the roleplay of Asulon.

Freya, I didn't -1 myself, why would I do that?

Your perception is misconstrued. The meaning of what she was saying, is that you are posting non-constructive comments, not that you are -1ing your own posts.

I'd argue that this actually is not the case. I've seen more donors be detrimental to our server than non donors. I think we can all agree that if we had the money, we'd donate.

Going off of what Arik said, donators often feel entitled to do things that are against server rules simply because they are donators. I've seen quite a few ban reports/appeals where the player claimed that the rules were less lenient towards them because they help the server by donating. It's not always the case, because I know a lot of amazing roleplayers and rule-followers who are VIPs, but it is often the case unfortunately.

Originally we limited it to high tier VIPs because we knew those people would be some of the most high quality members that would care about the server, and not want to ruin the terraforming of it.

Thanks for judging me by the size of my pocket or my access to a credit card :/.

Otherwise fine adaptation.

Make the mountains bigger? I doubt Bedrock and Aether VIPs want to build these gargantuan strucutures alone. And what happens when they change ownership?

We wish we didn't have to. However it's the most sure-fire way to get a group of dedicated players unfortunately =/.

People seem to forget that the server does have to look at certain things like a Business, money = server keeps running and better hardware ect, people = not usually one to just give away money for no reason (even to good causes, greed is a powerful thing) so they need some rewards that although they have done their best to balance out might make some (oh and they do ) scream out BREAKS RP or OP or WHY AM I NOT SPECIAL CAUSE I HAVE NO MONEY?!?!. All businesses take care of their customers but they do take special care of their "big spenders" or "VIPS" as it where.

It's no hard feelings against those without money, or those who cannot donate, a "customer" or in this case player, is still valuable of course but business is business, not saying VIP's are all awesome and amazing, but most of us donated the money cause we care about the server.

Well you chose yourself how you will make people feel encouraged to pay Vaq :3

Ohh I don't mind these benefits, i just don't like those messages which Vaq sometimes say, i am all in for people who donate to be allowed to have bit a extra, but when you say I am bad player because I dont pay money to the server, then a small bit of me dies inside.
