Maybe turn "five gods" into Latin, which is deos quinque. But I'll let Renati do that. Why not just The Church of Five? The symbol could be a hand instead of a four-pointed cross, or maybe a star, or a pentagon. And in keeping with the Byzantine theme, the King or Emperor (the Romans hated the word King/Rex, which is why Caesar had to use different titles like Prince/Princeps and Emperor/Imperator, while he actually ruled through the offices of Consul and Dictator) is also head of the Church.
