So that means, hes going to let safflix fill the quota, then he has the freedom to take the ores from his own operation. Respect, honor, trust? For years, these were words I stood by, something that could be represented in not just words, but actions. As such, I, Lord Baron Darius Irongut, intend to see you, the new "Head Miner", at the meeting in two Elven Days. I will speak to you personally if I must. Your current arrogant attitude toward me and your elders will not bode well in the future. As I said earlier before I returned home, if you wish to go behind my back to receive what you want, then perhaps you should provide the quota for both guilds and I'll put the ore to better use. No, this does not mean I will keep the ore for myself, but pass it on to the nation as I deem necessary, as opposed to you replacing us as the central Mining Guild organization, as you want, no? As for the reorganization of the Mining Guild, we will have our quota when the kingdom asks for it. I doubt someone as young as yourself would understand matters such as these, for you have not experienced what the world has to offer. I bare no ill will toward you, only an offer of mutual respect.

I believe that both of these guilds are legitimate competition, each 'aving a larger control in their own cities. They should be free to compete in the other one's city but it would probably be a bit 'ard to successfully do so. The thing 'ere is that this guild is behaving rather disrespectfully to Lord Darius and in so doin' is insultin' our guild in Kal'Dwain. They seem to want to forego any cordial relations, which is why they lost the smithin' guild's support. I think it would be in your best interest for stability if you tried to befriend rather than intimidate Lord Darius as his aid could prove useful in the future. 'owever this is just my advice and by no means do I imply that you 'ave to be doin' as I say, you'll probably learn best from your own mistakes. Best of luck to your operations 'ere in Khaz, too bad you 'ad to be unfriendly when Lord Darius was treatin' you so civilly.

Darius and his miners always filled their quota. They gave some of heir ores to da smithing guild and ah don't see why ye can't either.
