Have to give 27 bales of wheat (1 small chest) to fulfill a single 9x9 plot mortgage.

Novice Farmer ((lvls 20-49))

Have to give 40 bales of wheat (1 and 1/2 chests) to fulfill a single 9x9 plot mortgage.

Skilled Farmer ((lvls 50-79 in farming))

Have to give 54 bales of wheat (1 large chest) to fulfill a single 9x9 plot mortgage.

Expert Farmer ((lvls 80-100 in farming))

Have to give 108 bales of wheat(2 large chests) to fulfill a single 9x9 plot mortgage
