*A notice is seen pinned onto the Notice Board in Hanseti. Upon closer examination, the notice is seen to be written in charcoal, followed by a familiar soot-handprint in the bottom left corner. The top of the notice is written much larger than the rest.

MINING PERMIT REQUEST

I have posted this notice to request a mining permit to one or several of Hanseti's mines. As the Blacksmith of Hanseti, it's hard to repair or create arms and armour when there's no materials to do so. I humbly ask that I receive a permit to access these mines, so that I may perform my smithing duties to the fullest extent.
