*Faiteach (having finnaly found the grove in salvus), reads their notice board, and becomes rather dismayed. She had hoped that she could start her path here, and wonders if she (or any other outsiders seeking to join them) should go to the Mori land to seek them out. Faiteach quickly dashes out, afraid of whatever had taken the grove from them.*

(( basically...should people seeking recruitment actually go to the Mori area?

just curious, wether I am told if I should or should not here, is invalid RP'ly. for unless she is told not to go their in RP... she will anyway, for better or worse. ^.^ ))

[[ I've done some cleaning up on the Druid Wiki page lately, and I will continue to be doing that, so expect some overhauling in the next few days. Now, with that out of the way... ]]

My fellow brothers and sisters,

Our Order had recently hit rock bottom, with the only worse position for us being the possibility of disbanding. However, this is no longer an option, as the Age of Disarray has finally ended. For years now, we have tended to the Mother Tree in Elandriel that had previously been harmed and deformed from the maltreatment of the earlier elven settlers, but presently it has been restored to its former glory, with it still growing taller and larger than it has ever been before. We, the Arch Druids of the Druidic Order, have claimed this Tree as our new Mother Grove, and we will defend this new home with our lives. To all druids who receive this message, we urge you to meet us here in Elandriel as we settle down and regain our footing in the lands of Asulon.

Adding on to this already great news, the first seeds of a new grove have already taken root just outside the Cloud Temple Sanctuary. With connections this close to the most populated and traveled through place in all of Asulon, our Order is sure to see a great influx of dedicants and allies. After hitting rock bottom, the only way to go is up, and we plan on soaring to as high as possible. The glory days of the druids have come and passed, but we are already taking our steps to a second Golden Age.

Despite all of this, we can't restore our order on our own. We need you, dedicants and druids alike, to spread the word of nature and act upon the cause of the Aspects. Open the eyes of those willing to see, and bring sound to those willing to hear. Recruit new dedicants, help us increase our numbers, and we will once again be able to fully fulfill our roles as druids.

~Arch Druid Alan

*Sahra enters the Grove, bearing a note which she pins to the board.*

Greetings Druids,

I am Sahra, Kha'Cheetrah, and Ja'Sahra by the old ways of the Kharajyr. My faith in Metztli has ceased to exist, and I seek learning in any way possible. I resent the harms my people have done to your's, be you elf, human, orc, or dwarf, and I formally apologize if I have wronged any of you in any way. If you will take me, I gladly offer myself to you. I know a little about your history, and hope to learn more by your teaching.

Sincerely,

Ja'Sahra, Hopeful

*Sahra leaves the grove, a spark of hope returning to her*

-Lillith walks into the Skravia Grove and sees the note, smiling a bit as she reads it and nodding. She writes a quick response under it and leaves it pinned, hoping the Kharajyr will come back-

"The path of the Druids is open to any willing to learn and preserve the Balance, seek a Guide or Archdruid, my friend."

((I would try to offer up a time that I'll be online, but I really don't know for the next 7 days, I've got a rehearsal dinner, a wedding, a close friend moving 5 states away, and a trip 4 states away to visit my grandparents and little brother over the next 7 days, so I can't guarantee I'll be online much. I will try to be online later this evening (EST), if you see me online, poke me and I'll be at the Grove. mcname is dagothagahnim))

*Sahra enters the Skravia grove and sees the response to her message. She pulls out a quill, ink, and paper, and jots down a note, pinning it to the board*

I have searched for a guide, both here and in the Elandriel Drui grove, to no avail. I will continue my weekly journeys to both places, however, in hopes of meeting one.

*Satisfied, she leaves the grove*

((Note: I count a week as a IRL day, sometimes I return more than once. If a Druid is online, please message me, Escharian))

*Sahra pins another note on top of her old one*

I have found an ArchDrui to guide me. I bid all fair travels.

-hawks fly out from Skravia, taking notes to the Archdruids, Jena, Morek, and select other individuals.-

It is with deepest regret and sorrow that I must inform you all of the death of Lillith Winterleaf, Sequoia Druid, and her wife Aurora. Lillith was stabbed and poisoned by a man championing the cause of the Wihuns. He has been caught and executed for his crime, but Aurora could not bear the pain and took her own life. We have buried the bodies in a safe place, if you wish to pay your respects, we have erected a Memorial to them in Skravia, next to the Church. We will continue to tend to her Grove past Elanion's fort in her honor, though if the Druids wish to take possession of it, it was always intended for the Druids as a place of safety and peace.

Sincerely,

Vailoen Johnson, sister of Lillith

*reads the note with a sad expression* Poor soul. Ye shall rest with the Aspects, Lillith.

*turns to the other druids remaining.* Brothers and sisters, since I am now retired, I will go to this Grove and take on the responsibility of its survival. We woundnt want that ***** (Arkelos) to take another one of our Groves...no.

This Thread is outdated, and the Druids agree that a new one is to be made. Moved to Dead Threads.
