As it comes to my attention many of you have turned and shared your opinions around the city, whether it be our defenses or military. I, Velulaei'thill have been reviewing and pursuing yours idea intently, though some are marvelous and provide us with many advantages. I'd remind you of the resources, Mali'aheral, time and blueprints required. I and Vallel'Yuln possess no knowledge of Natural defenses of the Sea. Allowing more further delay to it construction.

As I seek to overcome these temporary set backs, My main focus is on the Mali'aheral needs. Construction shall begin tomorrow or once the proper schematics have arrived to my personal library. For now, I've taken the liberty to compile a list of the recent constructs coming.

Additional Information:

Second Legion's Base - As it comes to my attention, the base of the Second Legion is insufficient for both training and housing. Since this will result in the coming future as a "Problem" I'll be personally overseeing it construction, expanding it space, training grounds, and so on. I request Sillumir "Arthane" to personally send me a note regarding this as I have the insufficient details of the modifications. Unapproved~

Improvements on Haelun'or Defenses - Many of you have discussed and shared your opinions around with other Mali'aheral, I've personal overseen this and shall bring this to Ellir'siol. These details shall not be spoken out in the public. Unapproved~

Theater - Finally our lost arts shall be returned to us! I've currently been producing the new schematics or blueprints for our theater. But due to our recent incident it shall be held up until we've fully recovered. The theater shall consist with a stage, lighting, bar, counter, seats, dressing room, and so on. We've been currently been looking for a suitable spot for this concerning it size. Approved~ Ellir'siol

Housing, Towers, and so on. - Ellir'siol has requested to construct these magnificent structures for our blessed city. I'm awaiting for the blueprints of these constructs, so I can begin the process of construction. Approved~ Ellir'siol

Even though I focus on architect, I also must attend other needless things. Leaving me in temporary weak spot. So, if any Mali'aheral wish to design a structure that I currently am accepting or reviewing, feel free. Current ones that I'm accepting is:

I undoubtedly respect Vallel'Yuln craftsmanship, and designs. So, she shall be assisting me in some of these projects if she see's fit or desires to. Respectably, this Vallel'Yuln choice only. If she accepts I will run the details on her upon our next meeting. Unapproved~

Mali'aheral I, Velulaei'thill shall be taking requests for you if you wish to extend your living space or just your basement , However you shall be charge for the amount of resources used and the amount you wish to enlarger.

Final preparations for the Second Legion have been complete! All designs I finally been completed, resources have also funded to the process of it renovation. I'll insist that everything from rooms of the legionnaires be safely locked in the storage or carried by the owner because the room shall be modified to suite the legionnaires and house them properly.

The follow establishments begin added are:

Now the Establishment completed are:

Along with it equipment.

I'll advise everyone stay clear of the area until it is finally finished just for your safety. Now after the renovations for the base I shall focus on housing Haelun'or and then the defenses.

- Various small towers

Start, preferably with the medium and large halls, and fill the remaining space up with the small halls and towers. Especially small towers have the uncanny ability to fit in otherwise useless space.
