Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?:I would say so, yes, I have grown up in England for my entire life after all.

Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:I must admit, I'm not entirely sure what to put here, but I am 15 years old, and am currently studying my GCSE's. I am becoming gradually more interested in the gaming industry, and have recently secured a place for work experience at Lionhead Studios in Guildford, something I am incredibly proud of.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:I could probably put in at least 2-3 hours each day, more at the weekends, as I have no school then.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:I find the concept of roleplaying to be very interesting, and incredibly fun. I must admit I have only taken part in a more serious RP once (I have mostly taken part in ones that were done mostly for fun and games, rather than as a full on dedication)However, I found this particular experience much more fun than the other Roleplay's I have tried in the past.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:I believe, and I hope I am not wrong in my definition, that Meta-Gaming is when you use knowledge and experience you have gained out of the game world, and then use it in the game. Might sound I bit vague, but its the best way I can put it.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is:When you make an attempt to, say as an example, kill someone and giving them no chance to react or fight back. Again, sorry if it sounds vague, best example I could think of.

What do you expect this server will be like?:I have very high expectations of this server, and I am really looking forward to the time I will spend in this server! I hope for a fairly mature community, as there have been cases in the past where potential roleplay's are ruined by the odd one or two people who are simply mucking around, which is all well and good in a 'non-serious' RP, but not in one like this.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:I honestly cannot recall most of them, but as far as I can remember, none of them were Rp'ing servers. In fact, most of my Rp'ing experience is actually from other games, primarily MMO's

How did you hear about us?:A group of friends told me about this server, and how this was a great Roleplaying experience. Sounds cheesy, but that's how it happened.

What Race are you?:Elf

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race):

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):As a young elf growing up in Malinor, Shax was widely regarded as a fairly happy and well-behaved child, getting on with his studies, and also remaining as a popular figure in the fair city. However, he quickly, as most elven children did, grew lonely, being the only child living at the time. As he matured, he sunk further into loneliness, his condition growing much worse than most elves at the time. He began to grow ever more distant from his family and the community, to the extent that people began to question him, asking if he needed any help, only to be greeted with a cold reply.

One day, at the young age of 55, he was out hunting the creatures of the forest, though being careful to avoid those that were considered sacred by the elves. He often went out hunting, sometimes for days at a time, for he only felt at ease when he was alone, truly alone, with his only his thoughts for company. He returned home, resigning himself to his family's company for another week. However, when he arrived back at his Treehouse home, he found his mother collapsed on the floor, almost dead. He ran to find the healers of the city, a powerful sect of magic users, elevated to almost godlike level of respect by the elves. Sadly for the young elf, they were unable to heal his mother, even the reason why she collapsed is yet unknown. But worst of all, a part of Shax died that day, and he ran away, away from the only home he's ever known. Blinded by his tears, he seeked to start a new life in the world outside the forest, if only to bury the deep sorrow that was buried inside him.

What is your Character's ambitions?:To start anew, to establish friendships, and, if he finds something worth living for, worth dying for, to fight for it.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):Bow

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?An almost unparelled hunter, and an excellent shot. However, he is unskilled in more close range weapons, having never practiced with a sword or axe.

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?I would attempt to intervene, being polite at first towards the warriors. However, if they refuse to stop, I will pull out my bow and threaten them. I will not, under any circumstances, shoot them, prefering to not kill.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?I would respond fairly timidly, scanning his wares first. If I see something I wish to buy, I will make an attempt to be friendly.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: I would take the goods to sell them to whoever pays the best price. The hut is abandoned after all, its not like I'm stealing.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? I would accept any aid they could provide, and be polite while doing it. I may offer manual help in exchange for their kindness.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: I would be glad to help, if only to lessen the suffering of the townsfolk.
