And playing that you will not be alone, Kolyat ( the char I play ) has two twin girls who are both 7. 2)As sporadic stated only the Citizenship.After filling one of those you can receive a house or buy one. And Ellir or Kolyat can help with that. 3)And As is stated by all above. There is a citizenship application, but anyone can be a high elf. 3) Is it fun or are the H.E aislated? May be some bias, but I personally think that the high elves have the best RP. 4) Would you want me to become a High Elves? Massive is relative, But I would agree there is more upward space, and a bit more outward space on the higher end housing. However I feel it is still a we bi cramped at times.
