To every soldiers of the Seventis Army

I demand that you report back to Sarun, the Capital City of our growing Nation. If you fail to do so, you will be considered as inactive and will have one elven weak to report back. After this weak, you will be removed from the army and an application will be needed to re-join it. We are currently going through a huge and hopefully, last reform of the military. New things are going to be implemented, one of those things is giving houses to the Soldiers and make it mandatory to live in the Capital City. This is to create more military presence in the city and to make sure you are not far when we need soldiers. Though, this will need to be approved by Renati. There's much more stuff to be implemented, but for now, let's keep it at this. Everything will be explained later on.

Once again, failure to report back to Sarun will cause you to be listed as "inactive" and eventually, be removed from the army. If you need directions to get to our Capital city, send me a bird. I will be happy to answer.

Trivane smiles as he notices the signs as he walks through Sarun,

"Finally we're actually going to be strict about the untrained fools that enlisted in our army."

He turns around and faces the rest of the Sarun population, holding up his hand to gather everyone's attention.

"Symodimi and I shall be disciplining any and all soldiers who decide they're going to disobey orders. We're going to be handing out strict punishments. Regulations and Training Regiments are being developed. No Longer will I see fools falling on the ground helplessly. GET UP! We're GOING TO Train."
