Um…I do a lot with technology, I have built computers, even worked with our school district to help them. I play lots of computer games and am not much of a console gamer.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

34, I think (4 hours a week day after work, and maybe up to 8 on the weekends)

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:

Roleplaying is something I have done in games for years. I think it stretches the mind in imaginative ways. What you go changes the story and outline of what you do, whether you do good or evil, there is always something there that you can just redo, or restart because you messed up.

Roleplaying is where you have a character you play as, and become them for as long as you are on that game/server. The character has its own backstory and lore (that follows the covering lore that the server has). You and others online always speak in character and act as your character would.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:

As many who are newer here, I came from TheKingdomsMC, but other than Minecraft, I have played a variety of RPG's and just love the premiss of games like that. Also this is an Alt MC account to my main, brrine. Let me know if you wanted proof.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:

Metagaming is exploiting features outside of that game where you converse about in-game events outside of your character and the game through programs like TeamSpeak and Skype, and act upon that information in-game. It is used to bypass the rules that have been set out to affect gameplay, learning information about in-game characters and events in ways outside the game.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is:

Powergaming is exploiting in-game features or mechanics to further the player or players ahead of others. Like acting in a way unrealistic, character's overpowering others in a fight where the other doesn't get a chance to react or is obviously stronger. I think that there is also a powergame where a character has 'perfect' attributes. In a way it is not 'sportsman' like. Characters that powergame don't help the server, and don't follow the lore well.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

A fun, lore filled server, with a diverse community, as I said before as well, this is an Alt MC so I have played before on brrine.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

As said before, TheKingdomsMC. I also played a server called Averad's, a server hosted by a gaming clan 19thInfantryDivision (Administered there), and have ran my own. Also I played on a server hosted when the game went Beta ran by Jraie45. I also play on this server with my main account, brrine.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Tári was born into the world from her parent's Valandil Linwëlin and Galadriël Linwëlin. Valandil was a okariran, or the sort of 'sole leader' of their small village. The mother Galadriël, was a fine tailor and had a good natural of a leader. She led many of the city's building projects and was a strategist for the town guard, (deciding what defenses need improved and a good placement of funds). And thus, the village was peaceful and quiet. Many years went by after Tári was born, she had a substantial education given to her, and even practiced archery with her father and some of the guards. And whenever her father was busy, she would watch her mother tailor and create fine clothing and many great works of cloth. She would also watch her as she directed many of the building projects, she saw what problems arose and eventually was able to know what her mother would do to correct it before Valandil even said it.

Many happy, long years passed, she grew up quite a bit, and even found a nice lad she fancied. She spent many hours with the boy out in the woods exploring and just having fun. Her 'job', if you would call it that, was helping in her parent's work. But as the end of Aegis drew closer, so did her life as she knew. In the escape, she was out in the woods with her ‘friend’ when the undead attacked the village. Nearly the entire village as wiped out, including her most loved parent’s. Distraught with sadness, she fled with the boy to a harbor that was leaving for Asulon. But less than a league from the harbor, they were attacked. The boy sacrificed himself so Tári might escape. Now completely wrecked with death and sadness she watched tears streaming down her face as the ship sailed to the distance. Towards her new life, her new home, and her new ‘family’.

What is your Character's ambitions?:

To live with the other Mali’aheral in Haelun’or or Ceru.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):

Nothing can beat a good shovel, whether starting a new building or gathering materials it would be her favorite.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?

She is a natural leader, and very good friend to all.

Other Information about your Character:

She is an excellent tailor and leader. She loves people, and loves to make friends, but she always has a certain shyness around men that sprouts from loosing her lover.

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?

Even though Tári doesn’t really care much about other races, she loathes that the armed men are gaining money in unhonorable ways. She makes a threat to the armored men and aims her bow at them, they proceed to charge at her and she lets loose a shot then quickly draws her short sword. She dispatches the first but is overwhelmed by the second and makes a break for picking up the small Halfling along the way. Once a safe distance away she apologized to the Halfling for the trouble and hands him a few Minas and walks away.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?

She quickly studies the merchandise on the table and sees some nice needles that would help in her tailoring work, she barters down the stingy merchant to a meager 3 Minas discount. Slightly unnerved by the man’s smooth words and tight pocket, she walks away a few minas lighter and a couple of needles more.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:

Little habitation can be seen anywhere close to the hut, and when she finds the items inside she at first feels a bit terrible for thinking to steal them, but as she lingers longer she decides that maybe the chest can do with a few iron bars lighter.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?

Covered in dirt and sweat, Tári was probably out on a hunting trip when she got lost. She explains to them what happened and that she would like some food and hopefully some direction on where she is. Being that the greeted her nicely they agree to give her some food and tell her that she has ended up closer to Salvus than where she started by Haelun’or. She thanks them and gives them some minas for the trouble and heads off again.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:

Tári takes an alternative way out of the city and scouts out the bandits, she gains some key information and returns the guard and relays the information. With this they can act and take the bandits out, she volunteers to help dispatch them. When they offer her the reward she denies half of it saying that they should use if for the town. And with this she is off to another town for another journey.
