Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a college student living in England. I am about 6'3" tall and have blue eyes, light brown/dark blonde hair (the sun makes it lighter) and a short beard.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: All Monday and Friday, most of the weekend and evenings the rest of the week.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Developing a character and creating their story.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I played a character on Lord of the Rings Online for about a year and have played many other MMORPGs.

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Using OOC information to make decisions IC.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Using the ability to roleplay actions to force others to act in a certain way.

What do you expect this server will be like?: Full of good roleplayers who will be fun to interact with and help me develop my character's story.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: Noobstown which I left because I was looking for something more role-playing oriented.

Character Name: Galadorn.

What Race are you?: Man.

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): Dunedain

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Raised in the close-knit and secretive community of the Dunedain Galadorn learned many skills that have been passed down his ancestry. These skills included tracking, hunting and swordplay. Being part of this community means that Galadorn spends a lot of his time wandering the wilds alone, finding and creating shelter wherever he can. However, when given the chance he enjoys spending time among the elves. Galadorn stands tall for a man and is young among his kind (27) but acts far older than his years; this is often the way with the Dunedain for they have seen much. Galadorn's chestnut hair falls just short of his ears; he wears a chain shirt below his leather hauberk and grey/green cloak. His green leggings are stained from years of living in the wilderness and he wears an eyepatch over his right eye; this is not due to injury but to enable hime to navigate well in the dark as his eye does not need to adjust to the low-light.

What is your Character's ambitions?: Galadorn hopes some day to see the great cities of men rise and stand strong as they did in days long since passed.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Sword.

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Tracking.

Other Information about your Character: Over the years he has learned a small amount of Sindarin but chooses not to speak it often (even to the elves).

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?: He sneaks up behind the first warrior and runs him through with his blade before lunging at the second with a dagger, both enemies lie dead upon the ground before they could put up much of a fight. The money is then returned in full to the halfling.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?: "I don't suppose you would know where I could purchase some rations and a winter cloak for a hike into the mountains would you?"

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: He throws a small rock onto the floor in front of the chest to check for traps before moving slowly (dagger drawn) towards the chest and removing its contents.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? "Greetings! Would you happen to have any provisions to sell or a map? It is most unusual but I appear to have become lost."

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: He moves to the front of the crowd with his hood up to disguise his Dunedain origins and offers his assistance.
