* A letter is posted on a public domain in Haelun'or. The paper is extremely fine. The sides of the sheet have intricate designs of vines. The edges are trimmed with gold. You are interested and you decide to take a look at the paper *

Greetings my fellow high elves. I have finished the first part of my work as Tilruir'Acaln. Firstly, it was my intentions to address the issue of jobs. I am making it very clear that I want everyone chipping back into Haelun'or. I am making sure that EVERYONE will have a proper paying job. If there is anyone who is considering themselves jobless please talk to me. A full skills analysis will be conducted to decide upon your role, rank , and salary. Those who do consider that they have a job but are not being paid please come talk to me. Depending on your time spent we will decide a rank.

We are also encouraging people to take on new roles. Roles that are especially needed are cooks, hunters, and woodcutters. Payment will be determined by the following : We will firstly take into account what you have already done for the city. Someone who has been in the city for longer will obviously get paid more. Next we will look at your proficiency with the roll. If you are very good with your profession you are more likely to receive a higher pay. Lastly, we look at your obedience to our ways. Someone who has been pure and upholding the golden pillar that are our traditions will receive increased salary. Salaries are subject to change depending on improvements or decreasing production.

There will always be a quota to your work and if you do not meet it then there will be repercussions. Of-course if you generate about quota there will also be extra pay and possibly a raise. Minimum wage is 700 minas a week. In the case that Haelun'or is in wartime or is lacking in money taxes will be added. Taxes will be 30% of your pay and will all go to funding the city. While this may not be a popular idea to the citizens you will have the

I am also looking for a payroll assistant. They will be payed quite generously but have the job of running around keeping track of pay. If anyone feels that they are up to the large challenge of thi job please contact me, Celia Sullas.

Secondly, the second smaller thing I am starting is arming of the legion. If there is anyone who feels that they are not properly armed properly then please talk to me, Celia Sullas. I will see to it that you are armed properly. You will be armed according to your skill level. You will need not pay me anything. The best payment I can receive is knowing that the Legion achieved glory using weaponry and armor that I provided. The stock I have ranges from iron to diamonds!

That is all for now. Be sure to check back here often. There are more and more things that will be added for the betterment of Haelun'or.

-- Celia Sullas.

Hmmm....well it is good that the Legion will be given more equipment. More equipment is always good. Especially when we have Orcs at our doorstep.

Rei puts his hands into his pockets and swings his hoe around as he walks back to the farm. He whistles all the way.

*begins to draft a letter to Kote using the same type of paper that she did for her original post. The letter arrives in a tube that is dropped off from a snow white owl. It reads : *

Dear Kote :

Please meet with me to discuss your payment and wages as a librarian. Please note that you will be under a one elven week trial period to look at your ability of work. I think your first official payment will be minimum wage.

A small note shares a reply, it is evident that the writer was busy while writing it by his hasty reply.

" What of the Tulrir ? "

*leaves a reply on the note. Celia uses her very best writing.*

Tilruir means servant. A servant must serve. Therefore I do not see much of a reason for the tilruirs to receive payment. Their payment is in the heart. If they are in need of a bit of minas I suppose they could see me or Talias.

I do know that both Kote and Kozlova are looking into the position of the librarian. In my original system, they were being tasked with the additional task of selling a selection of approved books from our college, both empty and written which would make their payment self-sufficient.

Additional tasks would be ensuring that all citizens have at least one book of merit published in the college, both its contents and grammer being in perfect order.

Furthermore, I would like to commend Celia heartily for the effort she is putting in. I will make availible the funds I have for the tilruiran'acaln to spend.

*A small note written in neat handwriting is left under the original*

What if we don't have a job? Should we speak with you, or try and find some other way to be hired? I'd love to work in some research in the city.

*Celia drafts a fine note to Yuln*

Dear Yuln.

Please come talk to me. I will see to it that you are set up.

-- Celia Sullas.

(( Also guys, I REFUSE TO PAY PEOPLE WHO DO NOT TALK TO ME ABOUT WAGES ICLY. I have gotten a lot of flock for "not doing my job" In this time period, payment is much more simpler and manual. I will not meta game to give people their pay "by bird" unless they've talken to me first. We must look at your skill level and your contributions along with quota. ))
