Lynesse {Celia/Jazzy} 398 Share Posted May 22, 2012 Celia rings a bell. She screams for all citizens to come to a meeting inside the college. She directs all non tilruir except for Kalzhett and Dio to the view area and signals for them to be quiet and whisper. She makes sure to weed out any possible people lurking or hiding and making sure that the people who enter are verified citizens. "Greetings fellow Tilruir. While I am far from being Maheral I feel it is needed to call a meeting on a topic that me and Sillumir Kalzhett have been exploring. While I am also not tilruir'llirn my travels through Asulon have brought me to a wonderful little island named ArmaLuna. This has provdided me the privilege of being able to converse with their council. After a bit of talk we agreed that an alliance of some sort would be extremely beneficial to the High Elves and to ArmaLuna. Now some of you may be skeptical on this but I believe it is for the best. ArmaLuna is ways is very similar to us. Firstly, they have a grand library. Being allies would have a strong share of knowledge between the two of us. Secondly, I'll be honest when I say that the fine arts are currently lacking in Haelun'or. I can say through experience that ArmaLuna is a fine holder of the arts. I have already borrowed some old plays and musical compositions. In these times of ... uncertainty we must realize that we should take up some strong allies. While I believe that the threat of Renatus is far from the elven lands we should take needed precautions to ensure the safety of the people and of Haelun'or. I urge you to try and find a time when I said that the alliance was already decided. I brought it up in this meeting for this reason.
