For me, idk, you can't really have the Undead without the Ascended. You have the uberly evil faction that can kill armies with only 5 necromancers, and then you had the Ascended, the shining light in the darkness, the only people capable of matching an Undead's power.

Then there's the added Rp to come with that, if you're good, you can strive to become an Ascended, and if you're evil, hope you're noticed by the Undead.

Ascended never left, no need. five still here. Including the preceptor, the justicar, the high priest and two acoltyes. Plus urasept as our "dark hand"

Well there you have it! The ascended are still here. I was not hating on the ascended, I was just saying the common people often had to rely on their own power to fight back. I do see why the ascended are needed though.

techincally, we did the rp we needed to, you see the undead fed on war and corruption and everything like that, the ascended knew this and so there was the internal conflict with the ascended with those who wanted to fight to lessen the deaths of the people, but quicken the undead's plans, or those who wished to slow the undead as much as they could, whilst watching many of the people die instead.

And I think you are in no position to make that statement, just saying.

If you knew the inner working of the ascended and how hard shoi went to keeping them organised -bare in mind she was working off the sh*t storm of the sages leaving- then you would not make such statements.

We were organised, we were just left out by the GM's till the last moment in battles. Meaning that we missed events and all.

I think we should have a poll on whether we want the undead to return or not. Let the people decide. Also it could include whether they are restricted much or how they were before.
