What I am looking for: I am seeking a Ranger-type guild, that focuses on the bow, and maybe hunting and does not require a villain application.

You could always join Glenwatch, we are not rangers. However we do alot of our patrolling by the road and in the woods, your main focus could be the bow and you could even do cooking for us. As a recriut you will get paid 200 minas each elven week, but as you move up the ranks you will gain more money.
