It is written on bone-white paper and has an exquisite golden border. The writing, written in a burnished-golden ink, reads the following: Building Competition To all those who have a penchant for architecture and design. The more observant of you may have noticed that directly behind you lies a large, gaping space where the "Grand Market" once stood (Those who did not observe it are reminded that Lucion Sullas has prepared a special experiment for poorly functioning elven eyes, and would greatly appreciate volunteers). Since our Tilruir'leyun is preoccupied with other issues, it now falls to the other citizens to design a new building for the area. To be more accurate, a book shop/public library; built for those who don't have the energy to climb the stairs to the college after a long day of study, self-reflection, and pleasant conversation. For those incapable of turning their heads slightly, here is a reasonably accurate drawing of the space you may work with (Yes, I realise there is a book shelf. It's practically bolted there. I shall have one of the local mali'ker remove it at some point). For accuracy's sake, the area is restricted to a square plot of 11x11 metres. This competition is restricted to those of Haelun'or citizenship. The winner will be chosen by community consensus. Furthermore, the designer must match the current characteristics of the surrounding buildings or it will not be accepted. But now comes the prize for designing the finest book shop/public library.
