Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I'd like to describe myself as fun and random, but I can also be quite chill at times. At best I'm funny, at worst i'm annoying. I rarely reach my worst.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I think i'd be playing 20-40 hours per week.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying in my personal definition is finding a new you through virtual means, and living as that character, in a sort of virtual life.

What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I've RP'd on a number of games, Minecraft (a server called Crafthammer), Garry's mod, Terraria, IMVU (god it was horrid).

In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: to use OOC information and use it IC even though there is no possible chance your character could know this information.

In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is: emoting without giving the other player a chance to fight back.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect it to be full of fun people who are all good at RP and I also expect it to be an experience like never before.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: The only notable server(s) I've played on are IMDIETY and Crafthammer (of which I was an admin)

Character Name: Amber Lourcroft

What Race are you? (You may only be Human, Orc, Elf or Dwarf!) : Human

What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): N/A

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Amber was born into a family of poverty south of Oren, whose only asset was her fathers trade. It was indeed quite a peculiar trade, as she would notice he would leave for months, sometimes even years, he could've been going to anywhere in Aegis. She grew up without him, farming, trading, bargaining, even stealing, for her mother, who was terminally ill and was confined to a bed for most of her life. Amber was home-taught, with a basic knowledge of the outside world, languages, and even cooking. She started to come of age around the time her mother passed. Her mother's last wish was to see the flowers Amber had planted in the garden, and all of her last strength was exerted on standing up out of bed, and going to see them. She passed away the next morning, after seeing the beautiful orange lilies Amber had planted just for her.

Her father came into her life again at this point, staying for much longer, and teaching her much more than her mother ever did. His trade was slowly being uncovered. He taught her to fight,and to never back down. She was well fed now, with her father supporting her throughout the training period. Amber learned martial arts, and was given a set of daggers for her sixteenth birthday. These daggers would be carried with her throughout her life (and are still carried with her today, mind you). Her father taught her everything he knew, even a few card tricks to gamble with.

After training one afternoon, a caravan rolled up outside the farm, and the cabin began to spew out men in black clothing. Amber's father had known this day had been coming for a long, long time. They lit torches, and began to set the farm on fire, all the while they pillaged the house. Amber was told to hide under the floorboards they had previously hollowed out for exactly this purpose. She was 17, and she listened as her father fought and took on many men, she couldn't count well because of the scuffling going on dirrectly above her, but she knew it was at least 5 men. She listened to him fight. She listened to them fight back. She listened to her own father become overwhelmed and exhausted.

She listened to her father die.

From that day, after she crawled out from the floorboards to find a barren wasteland where her house and farm once stood. The last thing left untouched by some mystical force, was the flowerbed, still sporting a single happy orange lily. She vowed to catch, and kill, all ascociated with the killing of her father. She ventured out, sporting her traditional training garb, using her martial arts and it's own weapon.

What are your Character's ambitions?: To find the murderers of her father.

What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): The sword (her daggers)

What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? She's a master in martial arts, and can make quick work of someone, or a quick escape, the only matched speed she has is most likely an elf.

Open-Response-Questions

Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? After watching for a short time, she would wait for the men to steal the satchel of gold from the halfling (thankfully, no harm is done to the halfling, as they only wanted his money.) then, after watching and waiting for them to walk away, she would swiftly and precisely sneak behind the men, quickly come from behind and steal the satchel from their hands, wrenching it free from their grasps, and quickly making a get-away, back to the halfling, whom saw her run after them, to give the gold back. She would ask for no reward as her father always wished for her to do the correct thing at all times, without reward.

Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? She most likely would nod and say hello back, but would not offer any other form of communication, other than small-talk, her father always taught her to be polite but to not waste other's time, as some people thought of it offensive, and not only that, but she wouldn't want to make the false impression that she was interested in buying anything. She would not want a job because her set of skills wouldn't interest her in anything other than a police force/guard duty, as she is trained to kill and escape, not to travel and sell.

Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Amber would look around, making sure that no one heard her squeal of excitement of the sword. She could sell it, or even use it to train. The Iron bars would be useful for more throwing knifes or even to reinforce her training garb. She would take the items, after making sure no one was around, then make a quick get away, after all, if they wanted to keep the items, they would have kept them under lock and key.

Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Amber would walk up to the men, after observing their behavior and deeming them hostile or not. She would ask them for food, after greeting them back. Only a small ration would suffice for her, she was taught by her father to only ask for what was needed, never more. If they were so selfish as to decline her, she would walk away, wait for the correct time, and swiftly go and steal the food from them, after all, survival instincts are her primary ones. They shouldn't be selfish for food they could spare.

You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: After speaking to the captain of the guard duty, explaining her situation with finding her father's murderer, she would accept the job to help eliminate the bandits, only on one condition, she could interrogate them so that she could maybe find a lead to her father's murderer. She would try her best to oblige to the captains orders, although she might disobey a slight bit if she saw an opportunity for something that weighed greater in her interests, such as papers they could use as evidence, or even some of their weapons. Otherwise, she would oblige to any order that was given, and would not accept any reward for the deed. Her father always taught her to do good without asking for a reward, after all.

Anything else you would like to say?: I really hope i fixed my problems in the last app, I really wish to be able to play on this server, I re-wrote the OQR's in hopes that they'd be long enough. I'd love to play on the server, and prove my worth as Amber. Thanks for reading, whoever is the reviewer on the app team! I respect any decision on pass/deny on this app.
