A sandy beach-like island in the center of the sea. Nothing but gulls and the sound of waves slipping from the sides of the platform. Rogash stands a safe distance from the eager Kyral. She wants what is hers and Rogash is ready to strike a deal. Or better, a bargain. Rogash’s eye, swaying side to side, rocking along Kyral’s body. Kyral stands as far as she must, to allow space for the fat pirate to linger.

The pirate seems old, but the deal must begin, and so on this island of sand and gulls. The deal is struck.

“So, the time is come to claim what is rightfully mine, you have one well to collect it for me, Pirate.” She smiles, hands crossing under her chest as her red dress blows in the cooling winds of the beach. “But do tell, what is it you wish for? What do you want from me, a simple woman?” She looks to the Pirate with a waiting look, remaining quiet.

Rogash’s eye slips back to her face. Clearly he is distracted by other means than her terms. “I wish fer’ ye’ gold. Somethin’ to return to Aegis wid’. It exists, somewhere out there. I jus’ need a good paddle and I’ll get there.” Rogash smiles, as he reveals a golden tooth. In which he spits out to the ground, it almost buries itself in the sand. “Ye’ can have what ye’ ask, whatever it may be. Rogash unl’ee care for himsel’ now. Nobody else matta’s”

Kyral grins as she looks to Rogash with a quirked brow. “Whatever I want, what I want is what was yours, this island, the Digsite. I want what you have, what do you say to these terms. I have plenty of gold for you to have, one may say it is a mountain of gold.” Kyral smiles, taking a large lump of gold from a bag she had secured on her waist “This is just a taste of what I have. All of it as pure of the earth. What say you, pirate?” She waits, holding the lump of gold out towards him as she awaits his answer.

“Sweet... thingy... girl?” Rogash raises an eyebrow. “Adyton would be yours if I had me’ gold. Bring it to dis’ place by da’ end of da’ year. An’ I’ll take me’ leave. And hand ye’ the keys to everythin’ I av’.”

“Besides me’ paddle boat. o’ course”

“You may call me Kyral, and yes, we have ourselves a deal. It will not take me a year to get you the gold I have. But do mind you, I have more then you might think. Hopefully you can fit it all into the paddle boat, either way. The deal has been struck. I will return with gold a plenty, and some provisions for yourself so you may make it to Aegis healthy. I will return shortly with the gold.” Kyral says, smiling as she awaits anything more from Rogash.

Rogash turns his nose. “Rogash has last rights to do at da’ cove. Ye’ will leave me fur’ a whole year. And ye’ will bring me’ gold. Me’ paddle boat is not of mere proportions.” He laughs, before actually boarding a small paddle boat.

“Very well, I will begin preparations for the Vessel to carry all of my gold rather than just the small bit.”She says loudly, walking to her Vessel as she nudges the captain to wake up once more. The captain awakens, and they begin their journey to mainland Asulon.

A year passes as Kyral makes her preparations, boarding the rebuilt ship for the same area that she met Rogash at the last time. She sets her course, and the captain once again sings his song as they set sail.

A year passes as Rogash make his preparations, boarding the Frostithis Flame, heading the same direction as his business partner intends on doing.

“As promised, exactly a year has passed, I have my part of the deal. I hope you are ready to make good on your half?” She says, crossing her arms once more under her chest as she looks to the pirate, wearing another red dress as she awaits his word.

“I was as ready as I was a year ago. I need’d time ta’ build this beauty, although ye’ can’e see it yet..” Rogash frowns as he looks to the fog surrounding the sand-swept beach. Rogash throws a large chained stack of keys. “Now, da’ challenge is sortin’ ‘em!” Rogash leaps upon the chest, consuming it in his undercoat. Rogash then boards his paddle boat, without hearing the words of Kyral he boards the fog bound ship in the distance.

Without a word of clarification, a seal of approval, Rogash sits on the only part of the ship that is visible to Kyral’s eyes. The bowsprit. The tip, the front. As the jaws of the Frostithis Flame open, Rogash grins. A large ball of fire leaps across the sea, the smell of Slime and burnt flesh and hair is smelt from it. The fire surrounds the island almost, but no damage is seen.

The fog is unbound, and the mighty Frostithis Flame sails into the distance, it’s Captain singing of Aegis in a hope to find it once more.

Kyral takes the keys, grinning as she does so. She mutters to herself “Paradise... The final haven so I may bring forth the destroyers of the world he seeks. There is nothing more then corruption, the heart of Aegis was destroyed when my god, Iblees burst through from the Void, my destiny, I can slowly feel it coming clo-” she looks back as she sees the jaw of the Frostithis Flame open wide, standing still without fear as she glares at the fireball that comes out of the boat’s Dragon like maw. Closing her eyes as the flames wrap around her, not causing any damage to the land or to herself as she grins once more. She looks to the cove as she places her hands on her waist. “Well then, let us begin, shall we?” She giggles madly as she walks onwards to the Cove, claiming Adyton and the island she now walks upon.

Kyral grins as she motions for Falkor to rise.

"Your loyalty is something I wish to see more of, You may Call me Kyral. However, we must work and gain in supplies. We shall become stronger then the night itself. If you are ready, let us begin."

Kyral looks at Falkor, shaking her head slowly with a smile.

"Mind my wording, a bit overjoyed is all, what I meant was that we must gather provisions from the island. Taking what we can from our own location before moving out and attacking anything. Before we rush head first I would like to get to know my men, and see if their loyalty will still lay within me. Do as you wish for now, I need to attend to the matters of getting situated. May I ask your name?"

Falkor cracks a grin.

''Sorry fer da misunderstain', ma'am, m'names Falkor, aye, ye can trust me, though ye probably won't take my word for it. Not sure if ya want da whole life story or just da major details.''

''Also, where do ye plan on moving all this stuff?''

Kyral keeps her smile, eyes locking onto Falkor's as she says

"For now, we'll keep it here. I need to plan more before moving anything. As far as trust goes, you seem to be trustworthy, but then again we just met. I will watch you with keen observation Falkor. When the time has come to move foward with my plans you will be the first to know."

Kyral takes her first steps upon her fleet, a grin spreading ear to ear as she rubs the wood, leaning over as she makes her way to the front of the ship. She climbs to the tip, keeping her balance. Kyral whispers to herself. "The Crownlance Fleet, let it be known that these are their warships..."
