*a sign is pegged into a pillar at the Cloud Temple, obviously by someone who almost could not quite reach such a place, but managed. The writing is in green ink and is bright and colourful, a painting adorns the top of the sign and a variety of smaller paintings lay at the bottom*

Come one, come all! To the biggest festival held by the shortest people! Join the Halflings in The Vale for Branfest! A celebration of Halfling culture. Join in with much revelry and merriment. Fishing tourneys, eating competitions, drinking competitions, river boat races, storytelling and the esteemed Branborough Derby!

Competitions may require an entry fee of iron or minas, with potential rewards of goodies. Cakes, pies, ale and mead will be available from various stalls and the workshop will be open for those wishing for specially crafted items.

Discount for those who bring their own mug!

Just hop aboard the Salty Salmon at the Cloud Temple docks, that’ll take you straight to Branborough.

((The fishing contest will be used with normal MC mechanics, fish as many fish up in a day, and if you get the most you win. The ale drinking contest will rely on more RP with ale drinking mechanics. Eating competitions may have to rely on RP, but there will be many cakes. Storytelling will be purely RP, you just tell a story. Branborough Derby will consist of mob disguise'd event team members, first back in their cage wins, and they run around The Vale. River boat races will just be rowing down the river and an old fashioned race.

The Salty Salmon will take you straight to The Vale, it is the paddle boat at the Cloud Temple docks))
