Declaration of Arethor Occupancy

Issued and confirmed by His Imperial Majesty the Holy Emperor of Oren, Godfrey I

At the will of His Imperial Majesty the Holy Emperor Godfrey I, the following provisions are established in the Capital of Oren.

• Persons owning property within the Capital of Oren who do not pay tithe on their property shall be evicted, and have all their property confiscated in the name of the Imperial Crown of Oren.
  
• Persons owning property within the Capital of Oren are required to utilize said property for its intended purpose. Persons who utilize property for an unintended purpose may be evicted, and have all their property confiscated in the name of the Imperial Crown of Oren.
  
• Persons owning property in the Capital of Oren are required to occupy said property regularly. Persons who fail to occupy their property on a regular basis may be evicted, and have all their property confiscated in the name of the Imperial Crown of Oren.
