Opposing Faction: The Holy Oren Empire’s Knights

Defending Faction: Residents of Sola Insola and their slaves

Name of the battle: Get off my lawn

Location: (the_sula_insola and quangpomm)

Time, (at least 5 days warning): July 7th Saturday at 6pm Eastern (Subject to Change)

Terms:

- No golden apples

- No enchanted items (ie: bows, armor, weapons etc.)

Rewards: If battle is won the Opposing Faction shall take ownership of the region that the battle shall be taking place on, currently owned by the Defending Faction. After the battle if the Opposing Faction lose then the Defending Faction may take the offensive and attack further if they so wish it.

Roleplay:

*Gideon walks into the main area among his new land granted to him as he smiles lightly to himself. Quickly steps forward as he walks up to the Lake as he looks across the water breathing in deeply. He gestures for his squires and knights who have journeyed with him as they walk up to the ruins of an old castle that once stood. Gideon lifts his hands up as they search throughout the area and set up a base of operations where they shall work from until the city is complete*

*Yert walks throughout the mountains as he notices a large building in the distance right on the edge of his friend Gideon’s land. He turns around and faces towards Gideon and the others inside of the old castle as he yells:*

“Gideon, is this yeh land over there near the holy lands?”

*Gideon brow raises as he does not know that Yert is speaking of, he gestures for Ardir and Charles to follow him as he walks up the grand steps to where Yert currently stands. He speaks quickly in a soft voice:*

“To tell the truth I do not know who is in command or has power of the lands. It is before the water that divides my land and that of the Holy Lands so I would suppose that it is mine, although it looks inhabited by some people who myself and his majesty Godfrey and not aware of. What do you think Charles?”

*Charles places his hand under his chin as he thinks to himself. He looks up at Gideon as he begins to speak in a mad and angry voice:*

“It seems to me as if these men have been living on Anal lands without permission in any way! They could be spies or something what a great disrespect they have shown to you and his majesty Godfrey!”

*Gideon’s brows furrow as he nods in Charles direction he gestures for two squires and Charles to come up as he speaks:*

“Make a notice to them that we if they do not answer us who they are and what are they doing onto our land without our knowledge and that they must bend a knee to me or else we shall march onto them! Also please notify Uthor in Riven that we will be taking that land by force if they do not yield His Majesty Godfrey and Oren."

*Charles nods as he walks ahead of the Squires as he goes to get all the knights to assist in the taking of the land*

*The two squires run to the land as they wait for someone to come and speak to*

((I have been going around the city for quite a while and no one has been there so if the owner of the land wishes to find out of the battle ic and not have it be a sneak attack then send me a forum pm and we will rp this part out))

((Actually ownership was passed to me, which I have been using it as such, and not a single message has been sent to me regarding my castle and tower inhabiting the island. Care to explain?

Edit: I would like to add that is is not, and has never been abandoned. Not once. So your rp of seeing it as abandoned is void, the castle would look freshly erected and there would be signs of people being there recently IF NOT people being there RIGHT when you arrive. I think this doesn't make any sense~))

((I spoke with Goldrim and after checking the permissions it says that he is the owner. The region that you are an owner of is a sub-region to the one totally owned by Goldrim. Myself and a few others have checked the island often the last week or so and have actually spoken to a few who have shown up. In character people say it is abandoned as well, if you read the post you will see that two squires come up to speak with someone there- pm me and we can do that roleplay. Other then that if you do not wish to answer it could be a sneak attack if you wish. It seems that we are not both there at the same time so I do not put you to blame.))

((You don't understand. First off it isn't a town, it is a small island surrounded on all sides by water with a castle in the middle. Second off only three people, me being one, live in it, and none of us would talk to you we would all just kill you being that we are evil as hell. I have no problem with you trying to take the land, though let me point out some things.

First. We are about 5 nights, in rp, away from Arethor. That would require your men to march for 5 days and 4 nights.

That is a lot of marching.

Second, we are around a forest and mountain, the terrain is terrible. Rocky and hard to maneuver around. Oh, and did I mention we are surrounded on three sides by water? Basically, what I am saying, is that the oppossing side would not be allowed armor to to extuniating circumstances... like 10 foot deep water. Whether you wish this or not, that is a simple fact, I do not want to see people taking off their armor to cross the river, then putting it back on, that makes NO sense, and that will be bannable. I on the other hand will likely know it is coming and brandish diamond armor along with my minions and mow anyone down~))

((The mountains is where the army is going to be set up, so we are very close to your 'island'. Also your 'island' is attached to my land and very close which is the reason for the war claim. There will be no armor taking off at all most likely we will thing of something in roleplay to walk across or something of the sort. If there is any powergaming with armor then yes they should be banned and i will make sure to tell everyone who comes to not do this. Other then that we will also be attacking by water to go with the roleplay of the side with water))

Edit: And if Burk was true, Due to myself not seeing the land yet that there is a decent path to get a few armored men through then the Boats will not be needed. But Burkester Rply family basicly are the owners of the Royal navy and Reg. Navy and can get us a simple transport vessel if the land entrance is not valid
