Helaine turns to Balian, "Balian, it appears that the men who had purchased the land from me have begun packing." Balian nods in agreement, "It does seem that they are leaving. I have not been in touch with the Chieftain." Helaine responds, "Would it be alright to sell the land off? We are in need of money..." Balian smiles, "Yes, I do believe we can sell this off. This land is in a beautiful location. Just on the river, and near the capital city! It shall sell in no time." Helaine pulls out a pen and paper and begins sketching a few drawings of the area. Helaine responds, "I shall make a pamphlet for those who wish to buy."

Greetings Asulonians!

It is I, The Duchess of Auvergne, who seeks to sell you some land in a prime area. The land was previously occupied by a group of people who had built a small tent camp, but they have now departed. It is located in the Sunmoth Desert, and very near to the Mallowlyn Woodlands. This piece of land is also near the Capital City of Ursakar, along with being fairly close to The Cloud Temple. The previous owners had used it as a tent camp, but the land can be converted to anything you please for it to be. Once the previous owners are finished packing and moving, the land will immediately be handed over to the new owner. That should be very soon.
