This is a serious question please vote using your honest opinion. This really could change the way the Dwarves function.

The first choice just means if you would rather be ran by one King who has the most if not all say in what the Kingdom does and have very few (like 2 or less) if not just one city where everyone lives as opposed to the second which would be having multiple cities that each run themselves ( like Dwain and Anart ) and are independent and are not governed by a different power. Each hold runs themselves and makes their own laws and economy etc. They are still one nation however in times of war and will fight as one in battles and aid each other in defense.

And just so no one thinks this, NO this is not like I am making this because I don't like the way things are going and I am trying to be biased to one side or the other. Ideas are being tossed around and I just want to see what EVERYONE thinks about what THEY would like to see.

We don't have the player-base to support that idea =/ The King would have no people living in his town because Anart and Dwain take up like 80-90% of the population lol.
