Apartments are not permitted to be sold by their residents. Due to them costing nothing to stay in besides the rent, it would be horribly unfair for someone to take up every available apartment and relist them at their set prices.

Apartments are meant to be for those starting off in Malinor.

((Can't quite comment on this ICly as I never met darion IC, however Amaelith-Darion(necrotic_blade) has been apart of Normandor since the founding as with I before it even joined Malinor and eventually became the capital. This said up until recently apartments has cost 1000mina's I believe as to fill the role of cheap housing for the new capital thus Amaelith pro bally marked that mentally as I did. Can't quite blame a guy for not keeping on top of every house price :P, on a Side note I know this was to be IC and is slightly trivial just felt like putting that out there))
